The initial full cleaning of my house was fantastic . Everything looked and smelled so good. They have come back for the first of my monthly cleanings and I am so happy I chose this service. Brittany and her crew did a great job. For both times they arrived within the specified window of time..

Ken (the HCCA owner) provided our quote. He was prompt (even a bit early) and did a thorough walkthrough with us before providing an extremely detailed overview of the services that would be provided and a variety of options for schedules and prices. Dana, Sherry, and Nicole came by to help out with a deep cleaning on our home prior to the holidays. They arrived on time, were great about answering questions about what they were doing (and asking if there were any specific instructions about how to handle things in the house), and they blew through the entire home from top to bottom in just about three hours. There were thorough, careful, polite, and friendly, and they did a great job overall.

Brittney, Michelle, and Mandy have now come several times. The first time was a "deep cleaning." Since then, they've done the regular service, every other week. They do an amazing job. They get corners, under cushions, scrub the hardwoods, make toilets and tubs sparkle, etc. They're all business, super fast, no messing around. We really like having a regular crew. These ladies are great and you'd be lucky to have them clean your house. Seriously.

We have used them for several months now and, much to my chagrin, it has been wonderful. Though we had some issues with the initial deep clean, overall they have done a great job. In fact, last week the team lead called me with concerns about the humidifier in my daughters room. Though it turned out to be nothing I cannot fault the cleaning crew for their concern, i think it speaks volumes to there level of service. The room was damp because of us running the humidifier, but they we're concerned that there was a leak somewhere. It turned out to be nothing, home cleanings staff went above and beyond to alert me to their potential concerns. While they didn't have to, they did and I appreciate that. Kudos to them.

I was moving into a new house so I didn't need the same stuff cleaned that you might if it was a house you've been living in, but they listened to my needs, followed through and did a great job. They worked really hard and cleaned the house very well.

Abby and Danielle did a fabulous job! They are a fairly new duo-team to my home, and I was very pleased with their work today. I like things put pack into their original place after being moved, and all lights turned off behind them. This time, everything was back in its place, nothing major appeared to be overlooked, and all lights were turned out! Their service today made the price point appropriate. I also really appreciate the kindness they show to me, my pets and property. Furthermore, were very productive with regards to timing, and didn't throw things around to get tasks accomplished within a particular window of time. And finally, it's nice to have people you trust in your home when not around. Thanks ladies!

Deanna Lee, Ashley Hubbard and Naomi were very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I would recommend them to anyone who would need their home cleaned in the future.

The team showed up right on time and were given a list of things. They had a few questions and gave a great level of assurance that everything would be done to my satisfaction. And it was ! I was very impressed with how great everything looked, down to the baseboards. They finished the job in 4 1/2 hours, which is about what I thought it would take. Extremely satisfied.

Based on the deep cleaning I hired them for a weekly cleaning and they have been here 3 times so I was willing to write the review. The weekly cost has been $150. Very reasonable. The price weekly is comparable for the month to my old crew bi weekly. I have pets so it is nice to have everything done each week and not worry about the weekend if I have plans. Very professional. Would definitely recommend. Tonya as the supervisor is great and her teams are friendly and very good.

Arrived on time, were pleasant, asked questions and completed everything and then some. asked for a walk thru and feedback. They were wonderful people. I would gladly use them again.

I needed a one time cleaning for a upcoming visit from a family member. They were on time and very professional. They explained exactly what they would do and how long they thought it would take. When I got home that night they place smelled wonderful. All the dust was gone, the bathrooms were spotless and the entire house had been vacuumed. Baseboards and all. I think they did a great job for the price. I would definitely use them again and may even setup a monthly deep clean.

Happy with the results and will use again.

This was the first time we have used a cleaning service, and they did a great job! The owner, Ken, came over for an initial estimate and explanation of their services. He did a great job letting us know how everything works, what products they use, how they use it, and what to expect. We were impressed, so we set an appointment for the next week, and they came and did the job when they said they would. Walking through the door after they were finished was amazing - the house smelled great, and everything was so clean that we didn't want to touch or walk on anything. When we finally did do a walk around, they hit every corner of the house with detail, and left the house in amazing shape. We will be using them in the future for our general cleaning after first impressions, and probably have them do a deep clean once or twice a year.

The work did not go according to plan. The housekeeper did not vacuum by the back door of the apartment, one of the closets, and other debris. Also, the kitchen floor still had debris on the kitchen floor and in the pantry. The refrigerator was not cleaned as well. Also, there was a bag of trash left as well by the bathroom. I originally left a lower review, but the owner of the company called me to discuss the work. He shared with me they squeezed me in on a Saturday because of a scheduling conflict. There was only one crew person working that day. He shared typically they send three staff people on the job, which one includes a supervisor. We had a great discussion and he jumped at the opportunity for me to send the pictures of the job that was done to provide coaching to that employee. He went further to take off an hour of cleaning as a way of making it up to me. I told him this was unnecessary and more appreciative of the fact that he took the time to call me regarding the review I first previously left. He pursued the matter until I agreed. Often we write negative reviews on Angie's List and rarely hear back from the company with a phone call. I'm appreciative that Ken took the time to do so.

Went very well. My usual crew ...Deanna, Ashley and Chelsea ... had been here before so they knew they would be cleaning after our three ADORABLE , BEAUTIFUL PERFECT cats! (lots of cat fur on furniture!) They were very conscious of making sure not to let the cats escape out a door ! Arrived on time, worked very efficiently and were most respectful of our home.

Abby, Naomi, & Justine had their work cut out for them. As a mom with three teenagers home over the summer, the house had gotten out of hand. They were on time, provided their own cleaning supplies and equipment, and within the estimated timeline of 5 hours, had whipped the house back into shape. Thanks, ladies!

Three cleaners arrived about 20 minutes later than the 9 to 930 timeframe promised. They introduced themselves and were very professional. They got the house cleaner than it has been in many years. My shower tile was pretty bad and now looks so much better. They paid attention to details in every area and seemed to work efficiently. My laminate floors look great, and they did some powerful vacuuming. I plan to have them back every other week for regular upkeep.

The team was excellent, very nice & professional young ladies.

The cleaning crew was great. They did arrive over an hour past scheduled arrival time. Having said this, I was called by the team leader 15-20 minutes prior to arrival and when I explained how late they were she said there was a problem with the scheduler and she apologized. She also called with an estimate of how much longer than the scheduled hour the cleaning would take, as I had requested. Except for the arrival time mix up, I was very pleased with the service.

They are very good, three people come each time.

In early May, we let go of our existing cleaning company because of poor quality. We were struggling with keeping up with necessary cleaning of our house. I contacted Ken through Angie's list late on a Friday, and he called me Monday morning. I provided two possible dates the following week when I wanted a deep cleaning done on our house. He was able to do that. He came to my house and met with my husband and provided an estimate on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. I received a confimation call the day before the deep cleaning service. The 3 person cleaning crew (Abby, Naomi, and Justine) arrived the morning they were scheduled. They were able to clean our entire house (5,000 sq feet) in 3.5 hours. The house smelled great, and they addressed all of our concern areas (toilets, floors, showers, etc.). The next day, they called to make sure that I was pleased with the cleaning. Due to our happiness with the inital cleaning, we have decided to continue bi-weekly services going forward. We have had a great experience so far with Home Cleaning Centers of America.

We had our first house cleaning experience with HCCA and were very pleased initially. I contacted them through the Angie's List app and got a call back within a day. Then I was able to schedule a walk-through/assessment within the week and had the cleaning crew here a few days later. The crew that came were friendly and thorough. The second or third time they came they did some damage to one of my floorboards and did not leave a note of explanation. I discovered the damage when I arrived home. The manager was responsive to the situation, and came out to fix the damage within a week. When he was there I asked that the cleaning crew pay special attention to a few areas of the house on the next visit, but those areas where not well addressed after the next cleaning. After these experiences I decided to try a different cleaning service.

Home Cleaning Centers has provided the same crew to clean our house from the beginning. The crew consists of three young ladies, who work hard and obviously take pride in their work. They have done a good job, and had relieved us from some home cleaning tasks we were consistently falling behind on. The service is definitely worth the cost.

Very pleased... the ladies are very prompt, friendly, professional and do a nice job cleaning. They are also good about putting things back into place, and not leaving all the lights on (as I've had in the past with other companies!). I also feel they are trustworthy, and comfortable leaving the house when they are working. Overall, a very positive experience. I think the prices are a little high, but willing to pay for the quality of work I'm receiving.
