+ -1 moreBrandon was my representative from Holt Construction and from the start he was professional and approachable. He did a great job in communicating and managing my expectations about when materials would be delivered and the job would be completed. He was readily available to answer questions I had and when follow up was necessary on one of the vent covers, he personally took care of it to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and appreciated how a potentially stressful situation like replacing a roof was essentially a breeze.
Description of Work: Removed two layers of shingles and replaced the roof and gutter screens on my home as a result of hail damage.

+ -1 moreWe were very satisfied with everything they have done. They were supportive in helping us with decisions we had to make, good about coming back for minor repairs which had to be performed on the home since the rebuilding in 2011.
Description of Work: Rebuilt a rental property which had burned down.

+ -1 moreThe were a joy to work with. Very professional. Completed the project on-time and within budget.
Description of Work: Rental property of my brother-in-law burned down February, 2011. Holt Construction salvaged what little they could and completely rebuilt the house. Work began shortly after the fire and was completed in August, 2011. I personally was involved in the initial stages of securing a quality contractor and helping work through the details of developing a plan to recover from the fire. I followed thru with visits to the job site and discussions with my brother-in-law. On Sept 20, 2011 he and his wife stated they had their final meeting with Holt on Sept 19 and were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of their work and the fact that they completed the project within the budget set for the project.
