+ -1 moreRich Blankenship came out. Very very personable. Arrived on time, and was very professional. Rich went through the job with me and talked about all that needed to be done. His knowledge is excellent. Bid was complete and detailed. Still not sure what we are doing with this situation as we need concrete work done first so not sure where we are on this project. House needs extensive work as well as the concrete work and then, the landscape issue. Very polite, very nice gentleman. Bid a bit on the higher side, but this does not rule them out for me.
Description of Work: Requested person to come give bid on grading, landscaping, patio with drainage issues, and much more
