+ -1 moreI was very happy with them because they were competitive and reasonable. Based on quality and timeliness, they were the best evaluated price. They are a small, independent contractor and I am very satisfied with them.
Description of Work: Ho-Mac Heating & Cooling installed a complete HVAC system.

+ -1 moreIt went well. I had 2 other qutoes from large recgonized companies, but they had difficulty inscheduling. After some market research, I discovered Goodman products use same controls and subassemblies as more high end products. Goodman is #2 in sales to homeowners. Reviews are good with Goodman prodcuts when installation is made correctley. Ho-Mac has 30+ years experience with no BBB complaints. I'm complete'y satisfied.
Description of Work: Installed 70,000 BTU 84% effiecent Goodman Gas counter flow furnace. Set on new evaporator coil box with evaporator coil. Transition new furnace to existing return air, usinsing present gas line, alectrical wiring and line set. Installed 40 gallon gas water heater, Installed new 2 ton condensor, using existing 220 v electrical wiring, theromostat and air conditioning slab. Removed and haule away old equipment. 20 yr warranty on heat exchanger, 5 years on compressor, 5 years on all parts, furnace and A/C, 6 years on water heater, 1 year on labor.
