The Job went well without any problems. These were replacement thermopane skylights which had been broken out during a heavy hail storm in the summer of 2009. We have 10' ceilings in this area of the house. We were especially pleased with the nice trim work around the inside of the windows. It's been three years now and there have been no leaks or problems.

When the light in my laundry room went out and didn't come back on despite my changing bulbs and checking the breaker, I had no idea what the problem could be. I called Chris at Henesley and although they were booked out for a couple of weeks, they happened to be in Zionsville near my home that day so they said they would be able to at least swing by and tell me what was wrong. They came by just ast they said, figured out it was the switch (not the light), popped down to the local hardware store and replaced it. Very impressed with the responsiveness and I will certainly call them again.

Overall I was pleased with the experience. Chris was good about making suggestions including adding some data cables to our wiring sysstem. There were a couple of minor glithches in installing lighting fixtures but these were corrected right away after they were disconvered. Chris was always very responsive to our needs. It seemed like the cost was a little high, but in fairness I don't have a lot to compare to.

Chris Hinesley and Jay (co-worker) arrived shorly after 8:30 a.m., punctually. Chris explained to Jay what was being done and what was first to be done and the progression of the tasks. Each task that required dry wall to be cut, there was a vacuum in place while cutting and then clean up afterwards, as well. There was very little dust in the air because of this practice. Chris and Jay worked separately when needed, and together as well. They were done well before then end of the day. They are very professional and personable, giving an understandable explanation if we asked any questions. This is the second time in a year that we have had Hinesley, Inc. to our home for electrical work. We would definitely have him and his co-workers again.

Chris was prompt, friendly and very professional. He took care with the smooth top of our new stove, and cleaned up after himself. He even took the time to explain some confusion we had with the new light switch he had previously installed. We would certainly use him again

It was a great experience. Chris is an excellent technician and reasonably priced. He was quick, efficient, and I was pleased with the work.

Second time we used this company. Another very favorable experience: Chris showed up at the appointed time to review the project, offered some suggestions we hadn't considered, and got us his estimate within 24 hours. Then he showed up on the scheduled date, right on time, and completed the work in the amount of time he had predicted, despite some minor problems with the ceiling fan installation. Project cost matched estimate. Nice to have a professional electrician willing to handle smaller jobs - especially the two-story entry install!

I had about six different guys and then I had a meeting with the owner about what I needed to be done and they were the ones I decided to go with. I thought their price was good.

Chris called back promptly to set up a time to give estimate for work. He then called the Friday before to confirm date and time on following Monday to do the estimate. Though out of four estimates, his was the lowest, we felt reassured that he was the one to do the job. All other estimates came back, but not really clear on what we asked to be done. He came a second time so that could make sure that all of us understood our needs and set up the date to do the work. Chris and two colleagues (Al and Lynn) came just exactly on time to do the work. All three are very personable and professional. They began their tasks shortly after arriving, all working according to what Chris wanted to get done first. He had a drywaller coming at 9 a.m. to patch the drywall where our patio lights were going. Wow! What a drywaller Pablo is. You could not even tell where the drywall had a hole in it. They arrived at 8 a.m. and were done by a little after 4 p.m. They cleaned up excellently. Due to the burned out motor in our attic fan, they made arrangements to come the next day to put a new motor in. Al and Lynn showed up and got the work done in a little less than 2 hours. I would definitely have Chris and his colleagues back to do more work when necessary.

I've had Chris Hinesley out for a few minor jobs over the past couple years. He is very easy to work with and trustworthy. Each time he walked through what the options were, what he recommended, and why. He's also been very responsive....like swinging by on a Saturday on short notice b/c he happened to be in the area. My jobs were small and I'm sure he has bigger customers, but he didn't approach it that way. I'd definately feel comfortable recommending Chris and will call him first if I need addtl electrical work.

Responded immediately to request for an estimate. Job completed in the time frame estimated and at the price quoted. Workers were prompt and cleaned up all installation debris. I would highly recommend this company.

From estimate through completion, all went very smoothly. Chris showed up on time to give estimate, and earned the job by proposing a lighting configuration for the basement that we hadn't thought possible. Chris e-mailed me early the morning of the work to tell me who would be showing up when. All went as planned, and work was completed in a half day. Chris and crew were able to repair rather than replace some exterior floodlights that had been damaged during some painting or roofing work.

I am pleased that I called. I had a positive experience with Hinesley Incorporated. If I am need of their services in the future, I will certainly call them.

I sent an email inquiry regarding free estimates and Chris responded with a phone call within 15 minutes. We scheduled time for him to come out and give me an estimate on my home. He came out and even gave me some suggestions for things I hadn't thought of regarding both electrical and other items (he doesn't just do electrical work). He was very cordial and gave good advice. He was very prompt with providing the proposal and with response time in general. I would definitely consider using him in the future.

We initially called Chris to install a power cord on an automotive lift. He returned our call immediately and came out the next morning. He completed it that morning. He did such a great job, we had him install a dozen light fixtures in our garage. He is very responsive and punctual. A pleasure to work with.

I called this vendor based on positive Angie's List reports. Chris called back within minutes. Since my job was quick and his office is close to my house, he came right away. Chris and his associate, Al, were extremely professional and courteous. I was curious and asked a lot of questions as they worked. They politely explained the work as they did it. I now have 2 dedicated 20 Amp circuits for my music studio and since they share a common ground wire, I do not have any main hum noise from a ground loop as I did when using two different circuits previously. I will call this contractor first for all my future electrical needs.

Chris did a good deal of electrical work for our kitchen renovation. He showed up on time and worked hard and efficiently until the job was done. His initial quote was around $1200 which only included 6 recessed lights. The final price ended up being right at $1000 even though I had him install 2 more recessed lights than initially quoted. Day's later I spotted Chris shopping at a large home improvement store and he was nice enough to answer some further question I had and point me toward the products that I subsequently needed. All in all I would say that Chris under promised and over performed. In the future, I would and will use Chris again.

Chris worked around our schedule at his own inconvenience. Having to dig around big roots took more time and energy than he anticipated, but he was very pleasant about it. Everything works like it should. We will definitely use him again.

My husband's "honey do" list was overflowing with miscellaneous electrical projects that weren't getting done. I contacted Chris and he was out to our house within days. I actually forgot the first appointment and Chris was very gracious. He rescheduled, was right on time, and fixed every item to my satisfaction. I liked him so well that I asked him to give us a quote for outdoor lighting. That may be our next project with him! Chris was great and I'd definitely recommend his services.

Chris set aside an evening appointment to give us an estimate, which is a rare occurrence with contractors. My husband was able to be home from work and discuss our electrical situation with Chris. An estimate was provided to us within a day or so. While Chris was at our home, he was very willing to explain how to do some minor repairs that my husband felt comfortable doing after talking with Chris. Chris' estimate came in well below the competition and we scheduled him to perform the job. We had just recently purchased our home and were finding many things that were improperly done by the previous homeowner. Chris and Al arrived on time, were very professional and polite, and cleaned up behind themselves. Chris has made himself available to us by phone for any further instruction we may need, as he is willing to walk you through a situation. We would definitely hire Chris again and recommend him and Al to others.
