Rob totally lacks professionalism. He asks for money above the contract price, he was inaccessible (for at least one week his phone was off), he will tell you they will be out to work on a day and then not show up with no explanation. He left an overloaded dumpster in our driveway for over one week while his crew worked on a different job. He has no working credit or cash flow, often we paid the subs directly. His crew built us a nice quality building economically, but, the process was very stressful and unprofessional. We thought he seemed eager to do the work and once he began, we felt abandoned. He is young and definitely does not have things figured out yet. You can give him a shot, he'll get the work done (on his timetable--he told us the whole job would take a week and one month later we were begging him to finish) and it will be quality and affordable, but, expect headaches along the way.

Rob is a young guy just starting his own business. He has some issues with organization and communication. He is still learning how to manage his staff and learning to manage his time/work flow. That all said, his work is very good, and his price is very good. We are very happy with the garage. He could be very successful if he can learn to organize himself.
