I left a message letting her know what I wanted to be done. She called me back the next day and left a message saying she could do the work Wednesday or Thursday. I called her and left a voice mail and let her know that would work. She didn’t return my call for a week after my guests had an arrived.

At first the service seemed fine. I did come home during the day on their second or third visit and found that they were mopping around rugs rather than moving the rugs and replacing when finished. Okay, maybe that's just the way they clean, I thought. The next time they came, I collected all of the rugs and stored them in the garage. I didn't think they were cleaning my tile floors very well. I had spilled liquid detergent in my laundry room the day before my first cleaning. After several weeks of waiting, I just cleaned it myself. Okay, maybe they just mop quickly and missed the spot every time. My daughter was visiting several times when they were cleaning. She wasn't impressed. At their last cleaning she waited while they cleaned her bathroom before taking a shower. They were gone when she got out of the shower. They'd been in our home for about an hour. There's no way they could possibly clean all of our hardwood, tile, and carpets in that amount of time, let alone do the bathrooms, the dusting, or the kitchen.

They arrive on time most of the time. If they are going to be late they will call. They are in and out in about 2 hours.

They are amazing! I had had trouble finding a good company that does exceptional work on a good budget, but they are fantastic. They even make sure to get the tops of picture frames, bed tables, etc. We now have them cleaning weekly for us and I couldn't ask for any better service!

They were very good. There were two people for two hours. The price was about $105 after a discount. They were very nice to deal with. They were pretty thorough. They cleaned the floors and the ceiling. Everything was pretty good. They came on time as well.

It went very well. We are very happy with the results. Stacy is very accommodating in terms of schedule. We are having her clean our home every other week.

She was on time, reliable and professional.
