The proprietor came out in a timely manner in response to my call. He was professional, friendly, and educated about the issues, and was able to correct them on his initial visit. It has stormed repeatedly subsequent to his visit, and there have been no problems with either the chimney or the gutter since his repair work. As a bonus, he notified me about an issue that I had with a spider infestation in the gutters, which lead me to being able to rectify it before it became more problematic or before it spread to the indoors. Much appreciated! I was gratified to find that a company that specializes in copper, slate and metal roofing gave me the same attention and courtesy that they would to their larger clients. They understood that I needed immediate assistance and took time out of their busy schedule to accommodate me. I would very much recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter work.
