 + -1 moreWe were forced to transfer our home warranty by Estridge to Heritage Residential Services when Estridge filed for bankruptcy. It should be noted that Jeff Ford used to handle home warranties for Estridge Group. They sent a very polite young man out to inspect our home and he addressed a very few cosmetic issues during the inspection. When big issues were raised, we were told that those would have to be negotiated through Estridge. We never heard back. Flash forward two springs (March of 2013) when we had a leaky roof in our kitchen (on the main floor of our house. Since we supposedly had a home warranty, I attempted to contact this company NUMEROUS times over a 3 week period and again a month later once I had found a new contractor. I was mainly trying to get information as to what subcontractor had roofed our house so I could contact them directly. I received a voice mailbox for Jeff Ford and left several messages and I emailed twice. No response. It appears that IF this "company" still exists that they are only interested in new business. An educated consumer could speculate that this company was formed to take the heat off of Estridge in regards to home warranties and when minimal requirements were met, simply dissolved. Remember the names involved, I would not do business with either in the future.
Description of Work: Initial home inspection on continued warranty from Estridge Group, some minor cosmetic repairs.
