Description of Work: The move was horrible. The head driver Larry, was rude and disrespectful. He was screaming at him in front of my son and refuse to listen. I was aware of my 2 hour limited and what it would cost for additional time, which I was willing to pay until his unprofessonlism. Did not even move out the furniture. Had to hire another crew to finish the work. So I end up paying more than initially budget for. However, the assistant mover were respectful and professional and felt really bad how Larry was speaking to me and in front of my son. Even some friends of mine tried to step in and he was rude to them as well. They damaged my dressed and ripped out the drawers, but was not suppose to because the dresser was made so the drawers would not come out and damaged my new freezer, (Larry) he carried it out jammed plug into the rubber and made a whole. I will not use them again. I made several complaints to the office spoke with Chris and several staff. Oh packed up the truck and left furniture sitting on front lawn. Worst service ever!!!!!!

Description of Work: Mostly a positive service/move. Since I was paying by the hour, a bit more speed would have been nice. Positive, nice, polite moving crew.

Description of Work: Will not use this provider again. Kevin Holt was very rude and let me know I could find someone else. Scheduled 8-10 no show till 11:45. I had to call them after 10pm to find out what was going on. Truck would not start because of the winter. It is October! Kevin said he was not going to argue with me what time of year it was and I could find someone else. Men moving me were courteous (Ray and josh) but Kevin was terrible. Several mis-truths were spoken. How is this provider a recommendation on Angie's list. I want a refund!

Description of Work: Absolutely impeccable costumer service, friendly professional trustworthy workers. Willing to do whatever needs to be done for the customer. They helped me move from Indiana to Tennessee. Even willing to take on an extra two hour trip to a storage unit. They offer me the most affordable quote. I was equally impressed with there work AND there service.

Description of Work: I contacted the national HQ, who assured me that the local franchise operator would call me the following day. After waiting 3 days, I called the national HQ back and left a voicemail. That call wasn't returned. I had to hire another company.

Description of Work: Moved me from apartment in Lawrence to Avon. Paid for 3 movers only 2 of them worked. Movers argued and cleaned their truck on the clock. Broke items and damaged walls. This was my 4th or 5th move with them, would NEVER use them again!!!

Description of Work: We had them move all furniture and boxes from the basement to the upstairs. They moved everything in less than an hour...this would of taken us hours to do. We will be using them again in a couple of months. Very happy with service provided!!

Description of Work: We used this company in 2007. My mother and I were moving in together. Two households! Lots of stuff! It took two trucks and 4 guys, they were very professional and got the job done quickly.
