We had 2 men unloading. We had originally contracted for 4:00 but my daughter arrived early and HTT was able to arrive at 1:00. My daughter helped them separate what was to go into the house and what would go to storage. The men did a good job moving everything and nothing was damaged in the house or in what they had unpacked. The only bad thing my daughter had to say was that the men seemed to be in a rush.

Two movers came about 15 mins early and were ready to start if we were. They promptly moved everything we asked them to and were going so quick we could hardly keep up. They moved everything that we needed them to in under the 3 hour minimum charge. They were excellent, very friendly, and courteous. They were careful with our belongings and did not damage anything.

They ripped my vinyl floor in my entry way with a piece of furniture. They scooted a heavy couch over the vinyl. The supervisor called the boss to let him know and said it would have to come out of their pocket. They sent out a floor specialist to look at it. He glued it down into place. I still feel it is unresolved but I will wait to see.

I called for an appointment on a Wednesday, and they were able to schedule me for that weekend. The move was wonderful. I have never used movers before, and I was extremely apprehensive. I could not have asked for a better experience. The men arrived five minutes early, even for an 8am appointment on Sunday. They were very encouraging and made me feel extremely comfortable. They listened to what I said and all of the directions and were extremely professional. They even stopped at my mom's house to drop off my computer. I certainly will hire them when I move into my new house.

I was pleasantly surprised with this company. They showed up ahead of schedule early on a Sunday morning. They worked very quickly, but were careful to take care of my belongings. Their Sunday rate was the same as any other day of the week ($85/hr. For a 3 man crew) It was very much worth the price.

They have great service. The movers showed up right on time. It took them about 30 min. to load all of my furniture & belongings & about 40 min. to unload it (from the 2nd & to the second floors). Staff was very professional. Everything was put just where I wanted it, plus I think their price cannot be beat.

We decided to use movers to move our large furniture (including two bedroom sets, two couches, treadmill, computer desk, bookcase, table, chairs, and one very large dresser) from one house to another in Fishers. We chose to use two movers and were expecting to pay around $350 for the move. They estimated it would take five hours. They were to arrive between noon and two but did not show up until 4:45. We called Joshua and he had the driver contact us. They offered to give us 10% off if we used the third man which would also speed up the process. We said okay. They packed everything in the truck and even took more items than we expected. They were very efficient and worked carefully for the most part. There were some pieces of furniture that scraped the wall as they were carried up the stairs but these were heavy pieces! Overall, I was pleased with the final outcome.

THE OWNER CALLED TO APOLOGIZE, AND I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY REASONS, AND AFTER ABOUT THE SECOND SENTENCE, HE HUNG UP ON ME. HE SEEMED VERY CHAUVINISTIC TO ME. BASICALLY THAT WAS THE BIGGEST ISSUE ALONG WITH HIS LACK OF COMPOSURE AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE MOVING TRUCK IS PERSONALLY OWNED, AND DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, WE HAD TO CHANGE THE MOVE DATE, WHICH ANGERED THE MOVING COMPANY'S OWNER.

Company answers 24 hours a day. Called Friday to arrange for a Monday delivery. Pleasant and professional both on phone and in person. Prompt and on time. Their rate is lowest that I could find. Found out they moved my brother several weeks ago. Would recommend to anyone. They must charge three hour minimum, which I assume is standard for any moving company.

Very polite, prompt, helpful and considerate with not damaging the property. Had I used them, I am sure they would have done a nice job, however I was moving just across the county line from my current home, and I couldn't see paying for up to 4 different county line charges.

The crew made this move very easy. They were professional and hardworking.

The three man crew did a very good job. They were right on time and worked hard. I thought the price was very reasonable, all things considered. They had the lowest hourly rate I could find ($65/hr. for two men and $85/ hr. for three men.) There was no surcharge for a Saturday and I liked the $30 per county charge rather than a milage charge. I strongly recommend them.

They were on time and worked very quickly. They were professional and didn't damage anything.

The guys were prompt, even a couple minutes early by my watch. Before they moved a single item, we walked through the house, and I identified all the items that were to go. They worked diligently and were patient with me as I tried to be in several places at the same time. They were very careful with the household items and even loaded a couple of things into my car for me. We walked through the house a couple of times just to make sure they got everything. Once we got to the new place, they had to carry things for quite a distance, but I never heard any mumbling... they just went about their jobs. The move took exactly the amount of time that had been estimated and so it came in right on estimate. I would definitely use them again.

They were late. They were slow. They complained a lot. A 3 hour job took a 6 hour job. They were nice guys and polite.

I was very pleased with them and thought they did an excellent job! They were on time, quick, the two men were very good and careful with my furniture!

ON-TIME, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY CAREFUL. THEIR OFFICE STAFF CONTACTED US MULTIPLE TIMES TO VERIFY THE MOVE AND COMMUNICATE WITH US THAT THEY WERE PREPARED. WE HAD TO CHANGE THE TIMING OF OUR MOVE AT THE LAST MINUTE AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE MOVE TOOK LONGER THAN ESTIMATED BECAUSE WE HAD MORE ''STUFF'' THAN THEY HAD ESTIMATED. EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGE FOR AN ON-SITE ESTIMATE, IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN WORTH IT BECAUSE THE PHONE ESTIMATE WAS LOWER THAN THE ACTUAL COST. THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT GIVING YOU THE BEST SERVICE. WE HAD NOTHING DAMAGED OR BROKEN. THEY HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS BECAUSE WE HAD SO MANY BOXES. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH PLACING THE BOXES, FURNITURE, ETC IN THE CORRECT LOCATIONS IN THE NEW HOME, DESPITE HAVING TO WORK AROUND THE PREVIOUS RESIDENTS WHO STILL HAD SOME BELONGINGS THERE. THESE GUYS WERE GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND HARD WORKING. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE PAID BY THE HOUR, THEY DIDN'T STOP WORKING.

THREE MEN ARRIVED JUST A FEW MINUTES LATE, BUT THEY MORE THAN MADE UP FOR IT BY LOADING AND UNLOADING US AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. BECAUSE THEY WERE SO QUICK, COST WAS LESS THAN ESTIMATED. THEY WERE WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

THE CREW (JASON & BILL) ARRIVED AT THE STORAGE FACILITY 10 MIN EARLY, WEARING THEIR COMPANY UNIFORMS. THEY WERE TRUE GENTLEMEN. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND WITH MINIMUM BREAKS, FOR 9.0 HOURS. NO DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR WORK. THEY ASSISTED US WITH A COUPLE OF HEAVY ITEMS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY MOVE WITHIN OUR AREA.

THEIR QUOTE CAME IN BELOW THE TWO OTHER COMPANIES I CHECKED WITH, AND ACTUAL EXPENSE WAS AN HOUR LESS THAN WAS ESTIMATED (THE CHARGE IS BY THE HOUR). THE CREW WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY EFFICIENT. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY DENTS OR DINGS ON ANY WALLS OR FURNITURE. IF YOU CAN REQUEST A SPECIFIC CREW, JASON AND DAVE DID A GREAT JOB FOR US.

JOSHUA AND HIS HELPER WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HARD-WORKING. THEY EVEN MADE AN EXTRA STOP TO DROP SOME ITEMS AT ANOTHER LOCATION. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY ARE VERY BUSY, SO NEED TO GIVE ADVANCE NOTICE IF YOU WANT A SPECIFIC DATE.
