I used this company to move my son's furniture and his belongings from his apartment in Lafayette, Indiana to his apartment in Bensenville, Illinois. The two gentlemen that they sent were there on time, worked quickly and unloaded everything timely. They even put the furniture back together and moved some of it a couple of times to get it in the "right" place so we didn't have to move it again. Then, they took the washer and dryer to Indianapolis and unloaded it in a storage unit because it was not allowed at the apartment in Illinois. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was great to work with, and the two movers who helped us out were more accommodating than I could have ever asked for. I've definitely got my permanent moving company going forward, any time I need stuff moved!

They sent two young guys who were such a big help and never complained! Took great care in moving the cabinets to not damage the items or my house. I will use them again and recommend going this route if you need help moving things around your house, i.e., if you are putting in new floors, etc.

They were attentive to my questions and suggestions. They communicated prior to any move that might cause marks or damage.

This was an absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end and so frustrating it s hard to put into words. To begin, the two people they sent out to move our 15 pieces of furniture began yelling at each other in our home and storming in and out. We then had to wait an hour for a replacement to be sent out. In the end, the casing and various parts or our elliptical machine were damaged in the move. We filed a claim and were supposed to hear from the manager. We never heard anything after several days and had to leave a voice mail with the owner, who never returned our call. We finally got a hold of the manager who viewed the damage and agreed to order the replacement parts totaling $185 with tax and shipping. There was never any argument about the company paying for the entire amount. Over the span of the next 7 weeks; however, we had to repeatedly call the manager to follow up as we never received the parts. There was always one excuse or another and although they told us several times the parts were or were going to be ordered, in fact, they never were. At two months after the move, we finally told them to send us a check so we could take care of it ourselves. They finally agreed to send us a check for the full amount, but in the end, only sent a check for $120. All of a sudden they began saying that their company policy is to not pay for shipping. They also weren t going to pay for two $10 parts that weren t damaged but according to the manufacturer, were needed in order to fit with the replacement parts due to a design change. The manager blamed this on the owner who we repeatedly asked to speak with but who never made an effort to contact us. The manager was to speak to the owner again about the issue that evening and contact us after the meeting. We have not heard from him in five days and counting. I cannot fathom how a company can treat its customers in such a way. This is perhaps one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through as it relates to customer satisfaction. Their representatives yelled at each other in our home. We then had to wait an hour to get a new person out to replace one of the movers. While we feel they should have offered us a discount for the inconvenience, we didn t press the issue. We filed a claim and had to call repeatedly over the span of two months to try and take care of the issue. They gave us a different story every time and then began coming up with new excuses as to why the parts weren t ordered and why they wouldn t pay the full amount. To say their company policy is to not pay for shipping is ridiculous in this case. I would understand that a bit if we could go into a store and pick up the parts ourselves, but we can t. They can only be ordered directly from the manufacturer. I would think their company policy would be to not damage their clients items and to act professionally. We aren't asking for anything unreasonable and while the dollar amount is small, it is the principle of it.

They were on time with both the estimate and moving appointments. ave me an accurate estimate on the spot (within $20 of final price). The movers disassembled and reassembled 4 glass top desks and moved three offices in just over 4 hours (the desk disassembly was tedious and added time,which we felt was well worth paying for). Movers were friendly, neat and professional. Nothing was broken and everything placed just as we asked. Great job.

I am happy to recommend HERE TO THERE MOVERS. One thing that impressed me at estimate time, even before price was discussed, was that the estimator asked specific questions about measurements, what ea pc was like (e.g., curved glass front on china cab.), and where each pc was to be transported. The excellent workers were Chip and Josh; ask for them if you want great service!

I was extremely impressed with their work from start to finish. I was impressed that they were able to meet my time frame for scheduling. They were punctual, courteous, professional and took precise measures to protect the furniture. They finished the move in a very timely manner with no damage to any of the furniture. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again!

They moved me from the apartment into the house. I had only two movers and they moved me in no time. Their rates were the best. They showed up on time. I was amazed that they moved a 3 bedroom apartment into the house in less then two hours. Fantastic job.

They were fast, easy to work with, professional, and much more affordable than the other options we had available. They were done in thirty minutes. They exceeded our expectations.

This company even moved things I didn't even ask to be moved. They delivered all items to my new residence in a timely fashion and set everything up properly as well. They were very polite and courteous. They showed up on time and I would highly recommend this moving company.

They showed up on time and they got it all moved in about four hours. They only took a very short break and it was very hot that day. Both of the guys were polite and efficient. Their names were Eric and Brandon. There was no damage whatsoever.

They were very professional. I liked the fact that they had hourly rates with no minimums. They work fast and efficiently. I would recommend them and use them again.

Initially they did some damage to the ceiling of the home, but the owner of the company had it fixed right away. The only thing they did not do was that they did not wrap the mattresses. The owner was very easy to work with. Overall it went really well.

I They were very obliging, two men arrived on schedule (actually early), did the job efficiently in a little over an hour, and the total cost was $100. I was very pleased.

Everything turned out fine. They didn't really want to go down into my basement much because there were a lot of stairs, but overall I had a good experience.

Excellent. On 8/31, a small truck was loaded efficiently by two reps from the company. I believe it was "Eric" from the Fort Wayne office with the help of the truck driver who wrapped each piece and stowed it carefully in the truck. On 9/1, Josh & Roy delivered the furniture to my daughter's apartment in Chicago. They again showed up when they said they would and all was put in place without a scratch and with enthusiasm, I might add. I was totally pleased and would highly recommend Here To There Movers! Thank you for a job well done! :)

Here to There Movers could not have done a better job. They greatly exceeded my expectations. They met with my parents at my house to pack up the truck, and my parents thought they worked quickly and did a great job. Moving into my 2nd story apartment was a bit more of a challenge; they had to bring a large piece of exercise equipment up the stairs and take parts of it off to place it exactly where I wanted it. Then they had to hoist my bed and couch up over my second story balcony. What I liked best about them is that they never said "this can't be done" or complained while hitting these challenges, where many other movers I've used have done that before and it's very frustrating. I tried to talk them into coming back up here next time I move because I'm sure I won't be able to find anyone better! They also showed up over an hour on the day to unload the truck and came in at $200 cheaper than other companies I had gotten estimates from. Great job!!!

I had a reservation with another moving company who called me the day before the move saying their main truck was not working and they couldn't keep their agreement. Joshua answered my call on a Saturday, drove to my place and gave me an estimate for a flat fee move to Ohio including packing whatever I hadn't finished the next day. He and three other movers arrived on time with a rented van and quickly loaded all the furniture and boxes. Everyone was polite and friendly. Joshua and one other mover helped unload in Columbus. So far I've found no damage to any furniture or boxes. They laid mats over hardwood floors and took other sensible precautions. The overall experience was great, especially for being at the last minute.

They called in advance as promised, and arrived on time. Both movers wrapped my furniture carefully, and transported safely. They deserved a large tip, just for the difficulty in moving the treadmill; new "home" was in upstairs exercise room. We will complete our move in the Fall, and will definitely contact "Here to There", again.

The guys showed up on time, worked their butts off. They got here at about 8:15, worked until about 3:30. They were very careful with the furniture, most things had to be padded. They were very courteous and very professional. They even helped move a chair into a room that we couldn't get ourselves. After they left we realized that we were missing a key to one of our cabinets, we figured we'd find it. The next day the foreman came back and gave us the key. They did an outstanding job.

They were right on time, and worked carefully and diligently to get the job done. I would highly recommend them! Things went very smoothly and the workers were extremely polite.
