This is the first year that I had lights installed on the exterior of my home for the Christmas season. I was very pleased with Heffernan's. They were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, able to install within a few days, communicated very well, and did a good job in all aspects. They are very customer-oriented and take pride in their work. I will use them again next year.

I was quoted for Christmas light instillation which was to include the roofline and two trees. $770 after the 20% off for booking at time of estimate. I was give an install date a week later and was trying to surprise My wife so I gave them a window of 8am to 5pm while she was at work. They didn’t show up until 6:00 and were gone by 7:30 (have time stamps on ring video doorbell). They did not do the trees. A grand total of 148 bulbs, so roughly $5.00 a bulb. What a rip off, I contacted Chris and he said that he was sorry I had a bad experience and would check into it. 2 weeks and 3 emails later no response from him. I then got a call to schedule the light takedown, and when I voiced my concerns again I was told I got what I was quoted for but oddly they cannot provide me a quote, nor anything with my signature. What a bunch of crooks, happy holidays!

They came and put up lights for our 4 story pine tree. It looks beautiful and will certainly be using them again.

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! I waited all day for them to cone & clean my gutters. I was told they would be there by 3:30. NOT ONLY DID THEY NEVER SHOW UP, THEY COULDN’T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO CALL ME!!!

If you have a metal roof, I would strongly discourage you from using the services of this company for cleaning it. I have been extremely disappointed in their responsiveness in resolving my issue. On May 12, 2020, I hired this company to clean a 9 year old, 2300 sq. ft. metal roof on my house. They sent someone out to clean the roof and he told me that when he was done, the roof would look clean and shiny. After about an hour, the technician said he was done. I thought it was odd that he had finished in such a short time, but he collected $693.00 and was on his way. As I walked around my house, I noticed that he had left trash bags tied to my gutter downspouts which were full of water and cleaning solution from the roof. I tried to drag the bags away from my landscaping and when I did, some of it spilled on my plants and ended up killing some of the grass. Unfortunately, I was unable to get on top of the roof to inspect it at that time because it was still wet. When I was finally able to inspect the roof, I was shocked at the terrible quality of the work that had been done. The roof did not even look as though it had been cleaned and actually looked worse than it did before. There were mildew marks along the roof edge, streaks of dirt and a whitish film all over the roof. I took a clean, white paper towel and rubbed it on the roof and the paper towel ended up brown from the dirt that was all over it. I contacted the company to express my displeasure with the work performed and to request a re-cleaning. I sent them some photos I took on the roof and told them they were welcome to inspect the roof themselves. After some back and forth, they agreed to send the technician out to re-clean the roof. I agreed on a date for the re-wash with the technician, but when the day came, he never showed up. When I called him to find out where he was, he said he had forgotten about it. He re-scheduled with me for a different day. This time, he did show up, but he was unable to wash the roof because he said the roof was too hot. He also was uncertain about what type of cleaner should be used to clean the roof and said he would talk to Chris, the owner, about it. We re-scheduled for a third time, but when the day came, he called to cancel again due to weather concerns. As a result of this back and forth about weather, I told the technician that I would contact him in the Fall when the roof would be cooler and he should have no problem washing it then. He agreed and told me that he would make my job a “priority” to complete. Fast forward to October 2020. I sent an email to the company asking them to send the technician out to complete the job. I was told that the technician would call me to set up a date and time. After receiving no phone call after a week, I contacted the company again and was told that the technician was out sick. I told them that I understood and to have him call me when he returned to work. Two more weeks went by and no phone call. Not from the technician, not from the office administrator and not from the owner. Nothing. Apparently, my job was not as much of a priority as I was told. Fed up with getting the runaround from this company, my husband and I climbed on the roof and washed it ourselves. I sent the company another email on November 10, 2020 and told them that I was not happy with their customer service and that I had cleaned the roof myself because I was tired of waiting on them to respond. I told them that I would like my $693.00 refunded, since they did not honor the terms of the roof-washing agreement. That was over a week ago and surprise, no response from the company. Crickets. In the meantime, the ironic thing is that they have sent me two emails from their mailing list asking me if I have any other jobs I would like them to do for me, such as gutter cleaning or hanging Christmas lights! It takes some nerve to solicit a customer for additional work when you never completed the original job you were hired for in the first place. This has been a 6 month exercise in frustration and not once has the owner of the company, Chris Heffernan, reached out to help resolve the issue. I would never hire this company again for any reason and I certainly would never recommend them to anyone.

Contracted them to have my house pressure washed including a deck and to clean the gutters, for a hefty bill $652.90!. Their guy showed up on the day of service but only finished half because apparently his equipment did not work. Came in the next day and told me he finished it, but when I got home I noticed my front brick of the house was not even touched and had lots of debris still. And that’s where things went downhill. Even though I paid their overpriced invoice of over $650 right away as I thought they’ll stand behind their work, I got nothing but run around from all their people who not only ignored my calls and even rescheduled me for the wash but never even showed up nor apologized for again wasting my time and eventually stopped returning my text, calls and emails!! they got their money and they're gone!!

Great. Easy to schedule an estimate and get on the schedule. Provided several options to choose from. Called before arriving, showed on time. Chris and his employee Donny got right to work. They did the windows in the rooms my husband and I were working in first. Then completed the rest of the house. Thoroughly cleaning both the interior and exterior of our windows and then pressure washing the exterior of home.

My guy did a good job - windows were very clean, no streaks, etc. and he worked quickly and was respectful of my time. I would give him a B- on cleaning my screens (some were not cleaned all the way around) but everything else was A work.

Great! The young man who did my roof was profressional, through and the results were outstanding. I will not hesitate using their services again and would not hesitate recommending them to famil or friends.

Excellent. It is a hard job on an old Victorian house and they do a great job. They are good people and I highly recommend them to others.

They came on the day that I set the appointment, they cleaned the gutters on the house and the garage, and did a good job, they also told me that the gutters on one side of the house have some nails that needs to be replaced which I appreciated knowing. They did a good job and we are pleased with their work.

Very friendly, fast and efficient. From the first call, to the quote and acceptance (they have a very slick online way of doing this,) to the install. And the install was flawless. We just discovered Chris and his fine company, but we will definitely be using them for other work.

We used Heffernan's for the first time this fall and were very happy with the work done and surrounding communications from their office. While we paid a little more than we used to, the work quality made it worth the price. Will definitely use again.

The guys let me know they were here before starting and got right to working on the gutters. They cleaned up the debris as they worked. I was waiting to mulch the leaves with the mower until they were all down. The yard looked better after they left than it did before they got here. They also checked to make sure the downspouts were clear. Very happy with the work.

Very well, as is typical of this company. They (2-person team) arrived a little early, which I'm always happy with, and got right to work. The work went quickly as they have an efficient process in accomplishing the work. As, expected, the windows were sparkling. I've had them several times over the past few years for both window cleaning and power washing, and plan to continue with them for future needs.

Very well! Heffernan's team came out same day when I called to set up service. They cleaned up so well you really couldn't tell they had even been there. Water was pouring out the side of the gutters and they really just needed a good & thorough cleaning-Heffernan's to the rescue.

They through they were to clean the windows on the house and seem to be surprise that it was the sunroom windows instead. Seem there was no communication about the job before they showed up.
