I was very impressed with the work. Patrick, Jack and Andrew cleaned the gutters and found a wasp nest on the roof. They were great at taking time to explain where the nest was so we can get our exterminator in the right area. They did a great job. The last time I had gutters cleaned, I used a different company and they left debris all over the walkway. These guys did an excellent job with cleanup.

Claimed a deal through Angie's list but their estimate was still high compared to prior companies we had hired for gutter cleaning. We eventually went with Done Gutter Cleaning for considerable lower cost and had a good experience.

They did a great job, very impressed with Chris and everyone involved in the work. They do a lot more than just window cleaning. We had to have follow up window cleaning due to the roof cleaning that we needed due to moss forming, and it was done promptly and professionally as well. They thoroughly cleaned our gutters too. I would highly recommend Heffernan's Home Services, LLC for any homeowner wishing to improve their property. Quality people, honest, and pleasant to work with!

I requested bids via Angies List. I was particularly interested in getting the work done within a couple of weeks. Heffernan provided a bid promptly, scheduled seamlessly, and did an excellent job of cleaning the windows. They also identified a window (high up on the second floor) that will need to be replaced; I appreciated that information! The cleaner took a picture of the rotted sill so we could clearly understand the problem. I was particularly interested by the bid. In addition to bidding the exact job I had requested, they also provided written bids on additional services that might interest me--interior window washing; whole house pressure washing; and roof washing. The information was presented very clearly and I did not feel they were pressuring me. In fact, I am seriously considering hiring them again (maybe in Spring) to do some of the things they quoted on. I thought the amount bid was appropriate to the job. I was a little surprised at the way the payment process happened. I replied to and accepted the bid on line; and filled out a form Heffernan provided with the bid info. This included my credit card number. The on site crew said I would receive an email invoice, which arrived later the same day. I didn't read it on my cell phone at the time, thinking I'd pay it a couple days later when I was going to do some other bills as well. However, the a day or so later I received another email; and when I got around to reading all of them, I realized Heffernan had charged my credit card when I did not reply to their invoice within a day. They explained this quite clearly in the first invoice email (which I didn't read timely!). They charged the correct amount, and I meant to put it on the card anyway, so it's fine; but somehow I had not quite realized this was how it was going to work! [I haven't gone back to the bid document to see if it was clarified there and I missed it, but if it isn't, I'd recommend putting it there somewhere in bold print].

Excellent! You would have thought our roof needed replaced, but after cleaning it, it looks just like a brand new roof. He cleaned up very well and was in and out within about 2 hours. What I noticed most though, was his attention to detail from the beginning of us reaching out, all the way to the family card we received in the mail thanking us for our business. He's the exact reason we will always choose smaller businesses to work with on our home. Very friendly, went the extra mile, charged a reasonable fee & provided great customer service. Thank you very much! If your roof looks crummy, I highly recommend this company!

I booked Heffernan's on their website and got an instant estimate, which is exactly what I paid. I called them to confirm the online booking, left a message, and heard back within a short time. The guys showed up on time. I spoke with one that explained their process. They went to work and were done very quickly. I then paid with a check and the man advised me on maintaining the gutters and also told me some of Heffernan's other services (not pushy at all). The invoice came via e-mail, along with a follow-up thank you from Mr. Heffernan. The whole process was easy and efficient, I definitely will call them again. Thanks!

The two young men did a wonderful job washing all outside windows on our house, including the second story windows. The price was $165 for two men, one and a half hours. The price was steep, but it was a top quality job.

Contacted this company via their website and the "Instant Quote" feature. Explained that we needed several boards replaced on our deck, the whole deck power washed, and then stained later on. Stain was already purchased. I received a quote for $0. I contacted them again, and then the quote said that I would be contacted shortly to set up a meeting to review what was needed and obtain an actual quote. Never heard from anyone in person; however, hounding me via text and email did not seem to be a problem. Would not recommend simply based on this bad experience trying to find out how much a service would cost.

Great. Very thorough and even advised us to get our chimney checked out because he noticed that part of it was starting to crumble.

Overall everything went well. I contacted Heffernan through Angie’s List and they responded within a day. They weren’t able to come out for a week but that was alright. I had written down that they would arrive between 12 and 2. When the day arrived, I hadn’t received confirmation and didn’t get a response to phone messages I’d left so I ended up sending an email just before 3:00 pm. I did get a quick response to the email and they apologized for the confusion with arrival time. Although I didn’t get a call or message that they were on their way, the work crew arrived around 3:25 and were finished by 4:00. They were very pleasant, worked efficiently, and did a pretty good job cleaning up afterwards. They let me know the condition of our gutters and that the down spouts were not clogged so everything was good. I used a special offer from Angie’s List so the cleaning was a good deal. I would use their services again.

Excellent from start to finish. Obtaining an estimate and scheduling work was extremely easy using the online application. Further questions I had were addressed by Kayla promptly and efficiently. The crew (Jeffery & Donnie) did a great job! They were thorough and explained the roof cleaning process in detail. Very personable. The house looks really good.

This is the second time I have used Heffernan's to clean my gutters. They are much prompter than other companies I have used....they get the job done within a couple days and notify you if there will be delays due to weather. They show up on time, do a good job of cleaning the gutters and the mess. They will also check problem areas and let you know what they find. Price about the same or lower than other companies. Personnel are clean and courteous. Will continue to use them and highly recommend.

Truthfully the experience could not have been better. The professionals who did the work were pleasant, thoughtful (they took off their shoes when they came inside), and very efficient. They windows look great! They are coming back in a couple of weeks to do the gutters.

My husband liked Chris immediately when he arrived to give us a bid. It took me a few weeks to get all the bids (3). I then set up the appointment, they arrived on time and did a fabulous job on the windows. He did send us a thank you afterwards, which I will place in my file for next spring.

All of the above were done in a timely and professional manner. We have had Heffernans Home Service help us with these tasks for several years. We have always been very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others needing these services.

The 2 young men were very professional. THEY felt a few areas needed to be touched up (just didn't get as clean as they wanted on the first pass) and they did so the same day.

I had the house, driveway and walkway washed / cleaned. The crew showed up on time. They were very efficient. The price was good and I feel that I got my money's worth. I plan to hire them for window washing and gutter cleaning. Highly recommend. When making an appointment on line I would like for them to send a confirmation email or text. That is why I ranked responsiveness lower. I had to call to make sure that they received my request.

Chris' crew did a fantastic job. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Communication with their office staff was excellent. Their overall responsiveness was also excellent. Now a days, it is very hard to get companies to respond, call back, follow up. Chris' team did so consistently via phone, email, etc. This gave them an A+ in our book, before any work was even completed. This is the fourth window cleaning company we've had since we've lived in our home. Heffernan's is the absolute best so far, and the most responsive so far. Our windows are sparkling clean!
