The service turned out good. They did a good job. The guys were very nice. I was a little disappointed, because the price was higher, and that was probably my fault because I didn't read closely. We have the double pane windows like most people have on their houses, and when I've had somebody come out and clean the windows before they considered that one window. Well I guess this company considers it two windows. So, I got charged and extra $100.00 for them to clean the outside windows. I'm assuming they did an ok job on the gutters, but I can't climb up there and look. I have never been charged that much to have the windows cleaned. The prepaid windows were $152.00. The gutters were $150.00.The rest of the windows were $104.00. For quality, I would give them and A or a B, but I was very disappointed with the price. They were really nice guys. I would not use them again, because of the price. I can find it much cheaper.

Two young men came to do the work. They did a beautiful job. I paid extra since the special deal was for a fixed number of windows. I had some doors and windows with divided glass and they were extra. Reasonable price and well worth it. Would most certainly use again.

After some (mutual) misunderstanding in communications, the work was handled promptly and professionally. Best advice I can give is do not assume that the notes added to the scheduling prompts on Angie's List will be seen by the contractor. That was the source of my problems, professionally rectified by the contractor.

Responsive to calls and very responsive to texts. After a delay due to freezing temps, it was easy to reschedule when the weather warmed up.

I contacted Heffernan's to install my outdoor Christmas lights after using them to clean our windows earlier in the year. They were able to schedule us very close to Thanksgiving so our lights would be up for the entire Christmas season. Chris, the owner, was very professional and arrived on time. He looked over the lights I had and made a couple of suggestions. He got to work quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. All trash was cleaned up the lights looked wonderful.

Anytime I don't have to climb a ladder in the cold, I think it is a success. The Heffernan crew came out on a Saturday and cleared the gutters. Did a good job. I would hire them to do gutter cleaning in the Spring again.

They arrived at the end of the promised window. When they arrived they realized they did not have the washing solution they needed. They left to get it and returned 25 minutes later to begin work. They worked quickly and well. They did forget to wipe off some of the window sills. However, the windows were beautifully clean and clear.

The Heffernan team arrived promptly on a very cold winter day. They worked together to make sure every window was clean and streak-free. Each team member was courteous and very respectful. I would highly recommend them and will definitely have them return to my home.

Apparently Chris had attempted to reach me almost as soon as I purchased the deal but my cell phone never showed a call or a voicemail. He then followed up with an email instead of letting it go indefinitely- appreciated his persistence in contacting me. Services were scheduled within a reasonable time frame. There was a slight blip on the day of service in that the crew was supposed to be at my house between 1-3 PM and I ended up reaching out for an update about 3:30 right about the time one of the crew called me to update me on timing. I needed to leave home and was apprehensive to have them clean the gutters w/o anyone home to watch the work done and one of the crew offered to text me pics of all work. He sent approx 10 before and after pics showing a great job! They also did a great job cleaning up any muck that came out of the gutters, you'd never know the work had been done from below. Highly recommend and will consider again next fall.

They were on time, every time. Professionally dressed and treated my wife with respect when I wasn't home. I could not say enough good things about their professionalism but it was their work that really shines.

I have used Chris for almost two years now. He comes out frequently to clean my windows and seasonally to clean my gutters and hang my Christmas lights. It's very nice to have a company such as Heffernan's that provides numerous services that I can use. Him and his team have always been respectful. Pricing is honest and competitive.

I submitted a quote request on their website and was called within five minutes. Chris came out himself the very next day and gave me a quote and scheduled the work to be done four days later. Him and his team showed up on time and did everything as expected. His team had on matching shirts and hats, looking very professional. They were also all very nice and well mannered, taking their shoes off when inside cleaning the windows and moving all furniture away from windows and putting it back after they were cleaned. I highly recommend them!
