They were very professional and did an outstanding job for the price paid. We would definitely use them again, however there were a few hang-ups: (1) We thought the cleaning included the inside and outside of the windows. The person indicated it was for outdoor windows only and that should be made clear in the Big Deal fine print. (2) I purchased this as a gift for my aging mother and, at the time of purchase, indicated in the special notes section that they were to contact her for scheduling. I included her name, address and phone number. On several occasions they contacted me and on the day it was scheduled they came to my house instead of hers. It was a big mix-up that cost them a lot of time and frustration (as well as my mom) so I would suggest someway to streamline the contact information if it differs from the buyer's information.

I was very pleased with them and will have them back.

Seems like it went well. However, there was debris all over the side of the house that I expected would have been rinsed or removed as to not show evidence of working in the gutters. I rinsed it off, and that was my only gripe. They came when they said they would and performed the service I purchased.

Good work and very professional. It was expensive, but their pricing was fair. We simply had many more windows than the Angie's list promotion covered. Overall, very good experience and we would hire them again.

OK, very few windows washed for the price

Excellent thorough cleaning and friendly workers.

They showed up on time and took care of the gutters quickly and did a good job. Had them give me an estimate for window cleaning and then hired them to do those at a later date

It went well. A 3-man team showed up and they were done with 30 windows, inside and out in a little over a half hour. A couple of windows required a triple extension ladder and they were ready with the equipment to do the job. The windows sparkled when finished. I had 6 extra windows done, above the allotment in the 'deal', at $6.50 each. Because of the extra cost I asked them not to include my front door, deck door and patio doors. They did what I asked, but I think a gesture of 'goodwill' could have gone a long way had they gone ahead and done the exterior of the single doors at no cost. At their speed, It would have taken them no more than 3 minutes.

The process went very well and very efficiently. I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's for Heffernan's to wash 10 windows, and I added additional windows to the job upon the crew's arrival. As soon as Heffernan's received the Big Deal purchase notice, they were calling me to schedule. They came on time, reviewed the work I wanted done, and they immediately began the cleaning. The crew had a very efficient process and they were done in an hour's time, My windows are sparkling. I plan to use them in the future.

Very friendly, professional, and attention to detail. I like the way the two workers mirrored each other on cleaning the inside and outside; very smart. The inside worker probably could have used those booties over his shoes so as not to track dirt inside. Nevertheless, we didn't need to cleanup after anyone.

Heffernan did a terrific job. They cleaned the outside of all windows, removed the screens, and wiped/brushed them down. They also wiped out the windowsills. The only comment I would have is that it would be nice if they didn't wipe down the window sills until they opened the inside window and removed the screens. This way they could catch all of the dirt on the sills. They responded quickly to my purchase of their "Deal", were very nice and professional, and my windows look great. I would definitely use them again. After moving to the Indy area recently from out-of-state, using Angie's List is a good way to find trustworthy service providers when you are not familiar with local companies. Heffernan gets an "A" from me.

Very well except they were 1-2 hours late.

The crew arrived without power wash tools. So , they only did the inside windows. Negotiatians made between me, owner and crew manager. They would arrive the following Wednesday. (They did offer for that Saturday, but we would be out of town) When they came on Wednesday, they power washed the house. They said they didn't clean screens, and once done,and they left, 4 screens were left out of the windows. They are nice, and punctual to the timing to arrive.

I sent out 5 private messages to different gutter cleaning companies on Angie's list. Heffernan's was the ONLY company who even responded to my request for a quote, and they responded within 5 minutes! They just left and they were quick, efficient and cleaned up around my house when they were done. I won't t get on a ladder ever again. I will call them every time!

It was fine. Called and scheduled a date. They came during the day when I was at work. Job was completed.

The cleaning went very well. After all was done they even talked to me about certain conditions around the house and offered to help in any way possible. Very great crew and will definitely hire again on a consistent schedule.
