They did a great job at a reasonable price.

They did a good job. We had to cancel the first appointment due to weather. The work crew was a little late to the second appointment, but that wasn't a problem. Contact was primarily through voice mail and texting. That might be off-putting to older customers, but I didn't mind it.

Work was done when promised. Workers were courteous. Only problem was they forgot to replace one screen after the windows were clean. I called them and they came back the next day to re-install the screen. Would hire again.

I bought the special and they called me within the hour to set up the appointment on a Saturday! They arrived on Wednesday right on time and in one hour all my windows were clean and bright. I have a one story home with 2 doors, 2 doubles and 2 triples, with 3 individual windows. It was great to have them come and get it done.

They were quick and thorough. I was so happy I tipped the guys. Blew off roof and then cleaned gutters. They even blew off patio and around doors where debris landed. I could have never done it on my own and two guys did it in les than an hour. Came out same day I called. I will always use them. Friendly service.

I spoke to the owner, Chris, first over the phone. We went over what I needed to have done, agreed to a price, let him know my husband would be there the day of the appointment. Most importantly, I let Chris know that my house will be cleaned the day before they come, so I requested that they either take off their shoes when they arrive or cover them. Chris let me know that they will take off their shoes. On the day of the appointment, my husband asked the person that came out to remove his shoes, to which he said that his shoes were clean and would not take them off. He ended up leaving marks all over the house and you can see where he went back and forth. He also did not put any towels or drop cloths down on the floors. I had never had my windows clean without the person doing that. He also did not wipe down the window sills. He immediately began griping about the price that Chris and I agreed to. If you agree to a price and agree to have your employees take their shoes off, you should tell the employees that its important to the customer. I even called before the appointment to confirm that. I never had anyone clean my windows without putting a towel or drop cloth down. I would not use them again.

Excellent They were flexible with my time needs. They brought a crew of 2 people who worked diligently & quickly. It was wonderful; I've never seen windows that clean!

Everything went very well. Email the day I bought the deal, and they were out to clean gutters within a couple of days. They cleaned out the gutters on our two story home and cleared the roof of lots of sticks. They took 5 large bags of debris. Very please with this offer and provider.

The company was easy to work with and the technician was very professional and did a great job. However, they should tell customers up front that there is a significant extra charge for windows with storm windows. My $99 job that I purchased through Angie's list turned out to be $300. I went back and checked and there is no mention of this stipulation. In hindsight it makes sense but would have been nice to be told before purchasing the deal.

The cleaners arrived at the outside of the time range. Shortly after arrival, they realized they did not have the correct washing solution. They were gone from 3:57-4:21 to get the solution. A second floor screen was not properly secured. It fell out. Fortunately, the man who cleans my gutters put it in place for me.

On June 12, 2017, I contacted the company to ask a few questions then I purchased a deal. The date and time was set. On June 15th they came out, did their job and called me when they were finished. We have had heavy rain since but my gutters have not overflowed which makes me a happier person. I did not meet him in person, only text messages, emails and phone calls but it all worked out just fine for me.
