They did a fine job, excellent. They were really good. Their price was pretty much what they estimated and it was reasonable. I would absolutely use them again if needed.

They were very dependable. They were here when they said, doing the work and completing it when they said they would. They cleand up their mess when they were finsihed.They were very easy to work with.

This is the second time we worked with them. Several years ago they did a custom door for us. They were very accommodating then as well as this time doing the work. They made it all quick and easy, we liked the way they worked.

Installation was very well done and we are pleased with the door. We had to ask them to come back twice because they had the wrong door knob, though. They were quick to address my concerns when I called but I had the feeling they weren't very interested in my job. I had to contact them to do all the scheduling. I asked them to give me an estimate on replacing my interior doors but they were too high.

They knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and they didn't try to sell me new windows. They fixed it in about a week and I was pleased.

After checking around, a lot of companies didn't offer the options that we wanted. The employee who came out for Heartwood was attentive and followed through. The work was well done and we didn't have any complaints. The work wasn't all done in one day and I wanted the original employee to come back the second time to finish the work. However, when I called back he was no longer an employee for the company. It was a good experience.

Took longer to find the part than anticipated, and the "minimum" charges added up - costing $150 to replace a $15 part. But they showed up when they said they would and the repair was taken care of satisfactorily.

I went in and talked to a sales rep at their location and discussed my request for an entryway door. They had steel, fiberglass and a luxury line as well. I wanted a lower end fiberglass door quote and a second quote for a security door. The rep. kept trying to sell me on the steel and the security door. I didn't feel I was being heard very well. He was more focused on what he wanted to sell me rather than what I wanted. When the quote came in it was not what I had requested. The man was polite but his focus and attention just seemed to go in a different direction than what I was asking for.

They replaced the glass panes with minimal damage to the window frames. The only thing that would have been nice is if they would have cleaned the new window panes that they had replaced.

They were prompt, easy to work with. They were clean, they did good work. They were quick with the job and they really wasn't hassle at all. I would recommend to other Angie's list members.

The doors are manufactured by Masonite and we love the doors. Kurt was one of the installers and was great. The back door (not installed by Kurt) had a cracked frame when it was finished, so it was reordered and Kurt installed the new one. Kurt also came back out to replace some plastic trim work on the front door which was not accepting stain. Shortly before we ordered the door, Masonite stopped offering the option to have the doors stained at the factory. I have stained and stripped the interior of the door trying to get a good finish on the fiberglass. It is not an easy job and I would suggest if you are going to stain fiberglass, have a professional do it. They also forgot the new lock and door knob hardware for the back door, but came back with that within a day or so.

Very prompt, polite and professional. Estimate was for $800.00, which was higher than several other estimates, but also lower than one.

They guy that came out and installed the door did a pretty good job. He came out promptly and got the work done quickly. Shopping for a door is a pain and I had to stain the door myself but this company gave me the lowest prices for what they did. If I could I would give them an A-.

Installers were punctual and professional.

After interviewing 2 Angie's List award winners about patio doors I was quoted a replacement cost of 3200-4200. Heartwood's sales rep looked at the door and in less than 5 minutes, informed my wife and I that the door could be repaired for between 400-500. The formal estimate was $435. The work was promptly scheduled, the repairman showed up early, completed the work in less than the 3 hour estimate. In my 50+ years of dealing with service companies and repairmen this was one of the best ever. A great company and great employees. I will call them for all future window or door repairs/replacements.

We kept trying to set up dates to figure out when we could get a quote but he kept having things come up. He kept flaking out on us so we never got any work done.

Everyone was most professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up afterwards. Great work on doors & the deck came out well.

Everything went very well. The installation was perfect on both the door and window.

They were punctual, professional and observant. I realized that I didn't have a dead bolt and he went out to his truck and got one! It was great he had material in his truck that was needed.
