Description of Work: They did some weather stripping around doors, remounted pocket door, adjusted several doors that were uneven, installed new locking systems as well. They did an excellent job!

Description of Work: They replaced french doors in our family room leading out to our screened-in back porch. Their product, personnel and final installation exceeded my expectations. We chose french doors w/ internal grids and internal blinds. Would use Heartwood again and highly recommend. I'm pleased as punch.

Description of Work: We received great service, quick response and frequent updates for some ordered materials. The installation of new window panels (containing blinds) and two security doors went on without a hitch and the work was done beautifully and carefully. There was excellent clean-up after the installation and the only thing we had to do was to take the labels off of the glass panels. We would definitely recommend this company for others, and will call them again if we need their services.

Description of Work: Our finished lower level was destroyed due to sewage damage resulting from failure of a lift station in the subdivision. After the insurace team had cleaned and removed all walls, furniture, etc. from the lower level we hired Heartwood Enterprises to do our remodeling. They addressed any questions we had along the way and listened to us when we let them know what we wanted. They hung and fished dry wall, paited walls, installed a new ceiling and can lighting, cut, stained and hung all new wood work and doors, hung cabinets we had purchased, hauled away all left over construction material and cleaned when they completed the job. We purchased all the remodeling materials and supplies and they did the remodeling. We use our lower level to entertain and the work completed is what we asked for and our finshed lower level is beautiful.

Description of Work: I PURCHASED A SLIDING PATIO DOOR FROM A LOCAL HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY AND HIRED A LOCAL CONTRACTOR TO ASSEMBLE AND INSTALL THE DOOR. HE BOTCHED THE JOB AND LEFT ME WITH A LEAKING, UNFINISHED MESS. I CALLED HEARTWOOD IN DESPERATION TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX AND COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY CAME OUT, UNINSTALLED THE DOOR, LEVELED THE FLOOR AROUND THE DOOR, REINFORCED A SPLIT FLOOR JOIST, REINSTALLED THE DOOR, FIXED THE DRYWALL, VINYL SIDING, FLASHING, AND TRIM THAT THE OTHER CONTRACTOR HAD MADE A MESS OF AND CLEANED UP THE JOB SITE. HEARTWOOD''S EMPLOYEES WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AT ALL TIMES. THEY PUT IN THE EXTRA EFFORT MY SITUATION REQUIRED AND DID IT WITH A SMILE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEARTWOOD FOR ANY DIFFICULT DOOR JOB YOU MAY HAVE!

Description of Work: WE RECENTLY SOLD OUR HOME. DURING THE INSPECTION, ONE OF OUR WINDOWS WOULD NOT STAY UP. I CALLED HEARTWOOD AND DESCRIBED THE ISSUE. SHE INDICATED THAT IT WAS A BALANCE PROBLEM AND ASKED ME TO PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE WINDOW MANUFACTURER TO ENSURE THAT THE REPAIR MAN WOULD BRING THE RIGHT PART WITH HIM TO REPAIR THE WINDOW. SHE GAVE ME A CLOSE ESTIMATE. THE REPAIR MAN SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AND FIXED THE WINDOW IN 15 MINUTES. COST WAS REASONABLE.
