+ -1 moreTHEY DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER I SUBMITTED WHICH RESULTED IN AN EXTENDED DELAY IN GETTING MY WINDOWS. ADDITIONALLY, THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY STATED. ULTIMATELY, THEY MIS-MEASURED ONE WINDOW AND WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB PRIOR TO WINTER. IN THE SPRING, THEY RAISED THE PRICES AND DID NOT HONOR THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE (FROM THE PREVIOUS AUGUST). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OVERALL.
