Because of all the rain, the job was delayed for several weeks. But the painters did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Very satisfied with result.

I felt the price was very fair, they were willing to do what I asked, and I was very trusting of them. I would definitely have them back.

Everything turned out well. They did break a screen, but they replaced it without issue.

For the most part, we were satisfied with the painting. The only area that was lacking was the cleanup after the work had been completed.

The crew worked together very well and considered my input before proceeding witch certain aspects of the job.

I absolutely want to mention that members should ask for Raphael, Gustavo, and Ricardo. They are just fantastic to work with in every way.

Ginger came in and did an estimate to repaint the interior of our house. The house was empty and we are going to replace the carpeting. So there was less care about covering the floor. However, we have a lot of interior wood trim and brick that needed to be covered. Initially I was unimpressed with Heartland because on the first day of work no one of sufficent command of English was at the work site. However, Ginger and Tim did show up later that day and afternoon. I would be giving them an "A" rating if that had not happened. The painter with the best command of English was unavailable that morning. I understood he had an unavoidable issue, but I'm the client and I don't care. I think Ginger or Tim should have shown up with the workmen that morning. First impressions are paramount. Having said that, Ginger did show up later that morning while Tim showed up later that afternoon. Ginger also offered to stay the entire day if I so requested, which I did not. Of the various estimates we got (four) Heartland was in the middle in terms of price, but their quote was of the least duration and earliest start time. The crew worked Friday, Saturday, (no work on Sunday), and finished up late Monday. They worked very diligently. I would have liked for them to have used a primer on a couple of rooms that had deep red, blue, and yellow previous paint, but I did not explicitly request that. There is a two year warranty and I have a test paint pattern to compare the walls against to see if there is any bleed through. Time will tell. I contracted one of the other painters that I had gotten a quote from and had them evaluate the paint job that Heartland delivered. They were quite impressed given the speed and cost. There were only a couple of omissions/errors. The quality of paint used was also of a very good grade according to the other painter as well. All in all, a good job and I would consider using Heartland Painter again.

Another painter deserted us at the last minute and Heartland came to our rescue. They came in promptly at a similar price point and finished on time. We have had a higher quality of painting done before, but their promptness, service, and professionalism were top-notch. We would definitely work with them again. You can trust them to deliver on their commitments and promises.

They did an excellent job at a very good price. They were also very prompt with this work. This was a rather large job. They had a crew of about 4 men and were done in about 3 and 1/2 days. Its been a few months since the work was done and I haven't had any issues.

I thought they were very thorough, they scraped and did all the necessary work that needs to be done prior to the painting. They did a really good job and the actual work was really good. The pricing was good and the work was good but we had a little problem. I felt his overall communication was poor. Any communication that was done was through phone calls or emails. We also asked him to come out and give us an estimate for staining our front door which he said he would do but he hasn't come out to do. I am frustrated with the communication and follow up and that part of it. As far as the work itself it was good. They even came back and touched up and repainted one whole section. He did the second coat and there was no problem with the work but just the communication. I am very pleased with the work itself. He never came back and followed up himself. I just interacted with the painters and I have not met the owner. I asked for something and it was not done. They are very punctual, they came out when they said they would. The crew that came out was very good. I would use them in the future based on the quality of work that they did.

We really got delayed because of constant rain in the spring. Ginger Deal would update me as to when they might start on the job. My house was originally one color and changed the trim color. It was tedious work but did a great job. The front porch railing was done well. They were great guys to work with. after they finished, we walked around the house to see if they missed anything. i had a Satin Finish done and makes the house look great. lots of woodpecker holes to fix before painting. I'm so pleased with the paint colors and how great my house looks now. i highly recommend Heartland Painters for your next painting job. Best painters i've ever had.

The painters did a very good job. We are very pleased with the actual painting however we had a lot of difficulty with the office people in getting it scheduled, answering phone messages, and getting the phone messages correct. For example we told the person in the office what day we would not be available and then as my husband was leaving for work the painters arrived. It took several weeks after we paid the deposit before the work was actually done. I called to talk about having the interior painted , was transferred to the cell phone of the person I had been dealing with, we had an estimate, and the person never returned my phone call. This job was costing over $1000. We were willing to give them a second chance because the men did a really nice job but not now. It is too difficult to get the job scheduled.

They did a good job. The crew that did the work were all Hispanic and I had to relay my concerns or questions through one individual who then discussed it with other members of the crew. This not hinder the work or its quality. One of the painters did not do a very good job on the rear of the house and I had to point out some areas I felt needed to be painted over. I also had to point out some cracks in a couple of windows which were not caulked prior to being painted.

I received an estimate in April and accepted it. I wrote them a check for 25 percent of the estimate, which they cashed. I then did not hear from them for about two months (except when I initiated contact). They did say that because of this year's heavy rain in April/May, they were running way behind, so initially I wasn't worried and just figured they'd get to me eventually. After an email in June, which appeared to go out to all their waiting customers explaining that the rain had delayed all of their projects, another several weeks went by and I still hadn't heard anything. Finally I sent a frustrated email to the person who gave me the estimate, but I must have overlooked an email she sent me earlier that week telling me I was "finally" on the list to get prepped. (That was around the second week of July.) It still took around two weeks from that point for the crew to get to my house. I was concerned about getting paint chips in my garden and flower beds, and the crew did take care to cover everything while they were working. However, they spoke very little English, so it was difficult to communicate with them. After the cleaning, it took another few weeks before the project was done, due to the extreme heat at the end of July. Overall the painting looks fine and they replaced a couple of rotting pieces of wood...although the worker who did the final touches forgot to cover some of my plants, so I had to pick paint flecks off my tomatoes! I know that with an outdoor project, you're dependent on the weather, and to a certain extent I can understand the delays. I just wish that the communication had been better. They said they could not give me any specific date when they would come (although they were flexible about bringing their crew in on a Saturday - after I pestered them repeatedly that I wanted to be here when the crew arrived.) Even if they had said "well, you're #65 on our list" - that would have given me a better idea of what they were dealing with. NOTE: I am updating this from my original report to say that I did get a follow up email, but only after several weeks following completion of the project. The sales person I'd been dealing with told me that she had been in the hospital and that was the reason for the lag in communication. To be honest, I can't remember if they ever sent me a bill for the final balance - I just paid them what I owed them, according to my own calculations (the remaining 75 percent). It seems like they only have one person dealing with clients, because the sales person said her supervisor hadn't expected her to be off so long with her illness. While I sympathize with anyone who has an illness that puts them in the hospital, this company should consider hiring an additional employee for client services.

Tim was prompt for the estimate visit. Good communication throughout the job. Flexible with start date as well and that's not easy as it is his busy time. The workers worked hard and consistently. All were courteous. Everything ran as planned. We are very happy with the results. We used three colors for trim, shutters, and siding. We would use Heartland Painters again. This was a big job and we were a bit nervous about it but the house looks great. Very pleased.

The painters were very professional and showed great pride in their work. I was really impressed with their prep work. My neighbors even commented on what a great job they did. The estimate process went smoothly and their contact person was very personable. The only down side was that it took a couple of months for them to get to my house. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Heartland.

. I had the Big Deal coupon for painting the ceiling and the living room. I paid extra to paint the front of the house and to paint the wood work. They were very efficient and fast. They can improve on the communication since some of the fellows who came out could not speak English properly. But they will work that out. I have recommended them to my brother who has moved here. I would use them in the future.

The job was done on short notice to accommodate us because of a graduation party. I was very pleased with the result. Very professional work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The woman who was sent out from Heartland Painters LLC Company took down all the details of the work we wanted to get done. We then got a very good detailed estimate sent to us via email which had everything that they were going to do. Their price was very competitive. However, we decided to go with another company who has done some very good work for us in the past. I would consider using Heartland Painters LLC Company in the future.

The painters arrived as promised at 9am, in a very short time they had taped, put plastic down and started painting. One of the colors we chose required an extra coat and they took care of it. They painted the walls up our stairs. They finished by 3pm, I called Tim and we agreed on a price for the additional coat of paint. These guys did a great job. I will definitely have them back.

They were very good and did what they said they would do. Had to call them back for the outside, because it needed sanded down more. They said that I was right and came and fixed it. I respect that.

Very good experience and I will not hesitate to hire Heartland in the future.

Contacted company on a Tuesday, received estimate on Thursday - low estimate of four - and they painted on Friday.
