+ -1 moreI called Chris on Monday and left a message. He called me back with a couple hours and we worked on a good time and day for me to have these pieces hauled away. I related that I was an Angie's List member and he told me that my haul would work for his $99 truck load special. To me that was a great price! Chris handed the phone to his assistant and we worked out directions to my home. We decided that Sunday afternoon would work best for both of us and he told me at the time they would call before they were on their way. True to their word the guys called me 45 minutes before and were right on time. The guys helped me haul the chairs out and were very cordial. I would definitely use them again!!
Description of Work: Removed and hauled away two swivel rockers and a large recliner.

Description of Work: I contracted with Haul Away to move a washer/dryer from my house to my wife's rental property and to place them in the basement. They were on time and all went well until we arrived at the rental property and I discovered that I didn't have the key. I told them to leave the washer/dryer on the side of the house and I'd try to get someone to move them to the basement when I got the key. About a week later I asked them to fullfill the letter of the contract by coming out to the rental property again to move the units to the basement (which would have taken about 15 mnutes). They refused based on my statement that I would try to get someone else to move the washer/dryer the rest of the way. I understand that technically I might have released Haul Away with my statement but I would think someone with any desire for good customer service would have wanted to complete the task they were hired for originally.

+ -1 moreChris knew that I needed a fridge for my garage so connected me with another client so I could buy it and delivered it for me. These guys are awesome and reasonably priced. Lowest we could find! Chris said no job is too small for them! We've used Haul-A-Way in the past for hauling and moving locally here in Indy area and will again in the future. Chris even grabbed my Yorkie for me when he ran out the door!
Description of Work: Chris and his little helper came out and moved some items for me and my roomate. They even hauled away some trash for us!

Next time I need a little helper and need to stretch my dollars I'm calling my favorite movers and haulers HAUL-A-AWAY. GREAT GUYS EVEN BETTER SERVICE!

+ -1 moreThey came and cleaned my garage and now I can park my car in the Garage. They were by far the cheapest price i found for a 5' by 6' load and they take it up as high as they can with straps to get the best deal for your money! They do many other services also and I'm going to have them back to clean out my gutters soon and cut down a small tree and haul it away with other limbs I have behind the garage, thanks again!

+ 0 moreOverall hiring Mr. Leer was the best decision that I have made in a long time. Not only did he show up 15 minutes early, but he and his little helper were fast and efficient. I let them know exactly what I needed done and they went above and beyond the call of duty. They were both very careful not to damage any of my belongings. They showed up with all the proper equipment to perform an excellent service. I would recommend anyone with moving/hauling needs to consider this company for hire. I know I would. Lastly they were so nice that they went that extra mile and made sure to hang the clothes that were on hangers color coordinated in my closet. Talk about service!!!
