Description of Work: I clearly explained what I wanted done and the job wasn't done to my satisfaction. Period.

Description of Work: Wasn't very professional. He needed a lot of direction and then didn't really do what was asked. He trimmed some of the bushes very aggressively and almost beyond recognition, then didn't even touch others. He did seem to be working hard & it was very hot, but he didn't manage time well/offer other solutions and was gone as soon as 4 hours were up, without making sure we were happy with the work.

Description of Work: Wev had them trim our hedges in the front and sides. He came out for the estimate when he said he woyuld. Then followed up w/in 2-3 days and completed the work. He did the trimming and cleaned up so well had the hedges not been trimmed so well we would not have known that hen had been there. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: After buying the Big Deal Kurt called me up within a day to schedule the work and to come look at what needed to be done. The very next day he came out with a coworker, (maybe his son?), to perform the work. I had asked for 3 large bushes to be removed, weeding in the front and back, lawn mowed with edging, and for a flower bed to be edged in a rectangle. I must have been expecting too much from this Professional company with such high ratings on Angie's List. The bushes were simply cut down to stumps, not removed as discussed. The lawn was "edged" with a weed-eater, not really edged. Weeds were snapped off instead of pulled. Many weeds were left untouched. I knew Kurt wouldn't haul off the trimmings since it was in the fine print of the Big Deal, but he offered to load them in his truck for $20 cash, which I happily accepted since there were a lot of large bush trimmings. The flower bed was cut out into a shape that couldn't be considered a rectangle. To finalize this sad situation they left with approximately one hour left on the work. I fully understand the 2 person, 2 hours each schedule. Kurt and his coworker worked for 1.5 hours each. If he felt the major work had been done there were obviously many weeds left that needed pulling. My property looked better than it did before since it was in such a sad state, but I would not call the work done professional by any standard. Good luck with your purchase, obviously others have had better results.

Description of Work: Kurt came over on short notice to mow lawn. He did an excellent job -the yard looks great and he was very reasonably priced. I wish I would have found him a few years ago!

Description of Work: They did some tree maintenance for me. It was great. They came out. They were very cost efficient. They worked aggressively on a good time line. It was an all around experience.
