Description of Work: provided a bid on an addition of 575 sq feet and a remodel of 110 feet. I have zoning and building permit and detailed architectural drawings. The bid did not follow the plans which call for 2 x 6. Did not include the basement storage and the electric to the out building. When I asked why I was told 'I didn't look at the plans I went by our discussions' well he didn't follow those discussions either. Don't follow plans and doesn't listen. Also is the most expensive bid. You are fired before you are hired. Oh' and they were going to charge $570 for getting permits. I have the zoning and building permits already. They also would not price tree removal. I requested a wood burning fire insert and was quoted a gas insert. I told them I would move my existing infrared sauna into the space and it would not require special electrical and they included a $350 charge. Listening skills and following a detailed plan should be basic skills in this business.

+ 0 moreI don't really know what else to say about this experience except it appeared they did not nor were capable of completing the job. The roof had leaks and it took them forever to fix that issue and the gutters do not flow properly. We have tried to get them to fix it and no luck to this point. I would not recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreIt was a horrible experience. Hansen replaced our roof. Hansen agreed to correct work on the roof. That work was never completed. In addition, Hansen accepted a deposit to replace a window. That window was never replaced.
