Hank is programmed in my cell phone now. He's been a lifesaver in helping us get settled--hanging curtain rods, hardware, painting rooms, and fixing all those misc. that are on our to-do list. He's extremely considerate, responsive, and takes great pride in his work. Unlike other contractors I've hired in the past, he's always prepared--brings his own tools, cleans up carefully after a job--he even shoveled the front walk to our door so he wouldn't track in snow.

Everything went well. He did good work for a reasonable price.

The guy who came out was very professional and kept to himself. He was pretty businesslike and was pretty much on time. We had no complaints about the price too.

Hank came out and gave us an estimate. Then, because his schedule was open, and we could accommodate it, he proceeded to start work immediately. He had a couple riddles on his hands, but he was able to find the issues with each and suggest solutions that were reasonable and quite effective. When we had a nasty storm with a lot of wind a few weeks later, weather that would have caused leaking in the past, our sills were bone dry. Hank had to special order our door stripping. He came back within a few days of his first visit to install them. He left our home like he found it each time. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with him, and we would again.

Hank has completed several home improvement projects for us. We've always been pleased with the finished products. He's responsive to his clients, lets us know when he is not available, even answers his phone from out of state! He provides clear written info about the job proposal, materials needed & final cost.

FRANK NIEC RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, AND KEPT US APPRISED OF COST, DATE OF COMPLETION, ETC. WE HAVE WORKED WITH HANK BEFORE, HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH HIS WORK, AND DEALING WITH HIM PERSONALLY. (THIS JOB WAS A PRESENT FOR OUR DAUGHTER CARRIE AT HER HOME ON HER BIRTHDAY.)

WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A CONSCIENTIOUS, RESPONSIBLE, AND TALENTED WORKMAN AS HANK NIEC. WE HAD THOUGHT ABOUT REPLACING ALL OUR WINDOWS BECAUSE OF THE LOOSE PUTTY, ETC. HOWEVER, WE DECIDED TO KEEP THEM AND GO FOR REGLAZING. IT'S BEEN A HOT SUMMER AND A LONG JOB FOR HANK. WE ARE QUITE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. HANK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN LETTING US KNOW IF HE WAS DELAYED, ETC. ALWAYS KEPT IN TOUCH. (WE HAVE NOT INDICATED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE JOBS BECAUSE WE FEEL THAT IS OUR PERSONAL BUSINESS.)

I CALLED TO ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE ON FIXING OR REPLACING A LIGHT FIXTURE. HANK WAS VERY POLITE, BUT EXPLAINED TO ME THAT HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO THE JOB FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. HE THEN GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF AN ELECTRICIAN HE RECOMMENDED AND SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK WHEN HIS SCHEDULE CLEARED UP TO SEE IF I STILL NEEDED THE WORK DONE AT THAT TIME.

I WILL BE USING HIM AGAIN SOON. HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE CAME ON TIME. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO. HE WAS GREAT.
