Handy Fix

Work was done on-time and done well, as promised. He made a total of 3 visits to complete the finishing and sealing. The job looks excellent. He did exactly as promised. A++

Chip arrived and started removing the rotted boards right away. Over several days, he replaced rotted wood, caulked, primed and painted new wood. Two areas of repair was wood trim that had rotted behind the gutters. It was an involved process, but he was able to replace it and make it look right. He also replaced the service door on garage. Chip let us know every day what he had done and what his plan was for the next day. We have had an issue of the service door leaking, but Chip has quickly come out to address the issue. We wouldn't hesitate to call Chip for any additional work that may need done.

Free estimate, then arranged for a scheduled time. He showed up on time, was courteous, professional and did quality work. He is a skilled carpenter, did a great job on some concrete work when we had our driveway and garage had settled. He cleaned up after his work. We felt the price was appropriate. He does rough and finish carpentry, tile and stone work, decks, fixture installation, plumbing repairs and finishes basements. I plan to hold onto his card because he has many skills for different home repairs.
