HALL'S WATER PURIFICATION

A few days later, we realized both were leaking. We called him back. He replaced one part on the softener. My husband stopped the leak under the sink--faulty hook-up. A few days later, we realized the dishwasher is leaving a film on the dishes. We think it is the dishwasher. Finally we realize it is hard water. We call him; he refused to come out for free to check the softener. We hire somebody else, who says there was a broken piece of plastic blocking a moving part. We also find out that "his personally designed" softener is a run-of-the mill one. To replace the under-the-sink unit that he failed to fix "with his special discount and to cover what we'd spent already" was way more than we could buy a new one on our own. We believe he is a shyster. He lied, he tried to play up his units as special, he refused to come out for free to fix the item when, in fact, he had installed a broken one. Do not deal with him! (We "inherited" him with the house. The previous owners had used him.)

Scheduled service for filter replacement. Also checked water conditioner operation/tested the water for no additional charge. Was able to schedule in evening after we got home from work.
