Response from Haley's Painting
We reached out to this client alone with many others whose coupon had expired and offered a discount. She accepted the offer, however, after putting her own the schedule she called later and cancelled stating that she would call when ready to reschedule. Due to miscommunication, she thought we had her on a schedule, which was never called in or confirmed. We did everything possible to retify the situation. It is our aim to please all of our customers to the highest regards. This was a unfortunate situation and Haley's Painting wish to apologize for any lack of professionalism on our part to upset her.

Description of Work: Bought the Angie's list deal for 1 day of painting. I needed the trim in my house painting. They did a pretty good job with the work. No drips on the floor. Quality of the trim they painted was pretty good. They head guy did alot of talking. He really seemed to prefer to talk then work. I could hear him complain in the other room that I was getting a good deal and this was so much work. The assisstant was a better worker and didn't take so many breaks.

Description of Work: Removed wall paper and repaired drywall in a 5 X 8 Laundry room. He was most pleasant and efficent. His clean up was complete. It was a 2 1/2 hour job. Will use him again for other projects.
