Description of Work: Re-heeled a pair of old but well-made, comfortable pumps. Also suggested a rubber half-sole for more traction. I agreed. Good work. They were backed up because it was near the holidays, so it took a couple of weeks to complete. They did not call when the shoes were done as I thought they said they would. You pay up front for the repairs, which I think is backward. Hakky is conveniently located in Castleton Square Mall in a clean, bright, spacious space. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: They put new handles on my purse. They did a great job I just wish the person who took my order was as helpful as the person who returned my purse. Upon return it was told that it would have been better if I had bought a purse with similar handles it would have looked much better.

Description of Work: Late last summer one of the heel caps broke off my favorite pair of summer sandals. They sat in my closet all winter and as spring approached it was time to get them fixed. I really did not know where a shoe repair place was around my home and wanted someone good so I went to Angie's List. Hakky Shoe repair is right inside Castleton Mall and I had no idea. It is conveniently located and he did a great job! I know have my favorite pair of summer sandals (with heels) back! The cost was extremely reasonable as well! I will certainly be using Hakky Shoe Repair again.
