They did everything they said they would do in a very timely fashion. I didn't have a lot of price comparisons to evaluate them, so I assume they charged a fair price.

Survey was completed in a timely fashion. Some +\- measurements on report were disappointing. No geo coordinates mentioned like on previous surveys we had. Contacted them a month later for a staked survey and wanted $500 - I mentioned they had done a location report and though that since they had already done the work we should get a somewhat discounted rate to which he replied the $500 was discounted from the normal 600-700 they usually charge. Decided to use another company who did the staked survey for less.

I sent an inquiry via Angie's List messaging to Hahn Surveying Group. I indicated a need for a stake / boundary survey and provided my name and telephone number. This was 4 days ago and I have not yet received a response.

Everything went well except for the first appointment. They were supposed to be there but they never called and said that they weren't going to make it because they were running late with another appointment. I had to call them the next day and find out what happened. Other than that, everything went well once they did get there. They were helpful, friendly. They answered all my questions.

We used the web based form to get a quote from the provided. The quote was higher than the other quotes we received, so we didn't use them

The staking was complete within a few weeks which was the important part as I was in a rush to have a fence installed at my new home. I didn't have time to get other quotes but their estimate was more than I expected. I might have chosen another well reviewed company had I had more time. Otherwise, everything went well and I received the full survey and the bill a few weeks after the staking was complete.

Very friendly on phone when I called up and he explained all the steps and the costs up front. Performed the job quickly and professionally for amount originally quoted.

I found Hahn Surveying Group Inc on Angie's list. I used their services in August. They had some questions on the survey. They questioned their own work the first time, and came back the next day and said we need to find another marker. I think they went over and above, it was obvious that they wanted to make sure absolutely sure they were correct. So I was very impressed with the fact that they sent, I think it must have been the manager or the owner, out and he did a recheck. I was just very pleased with their concern for super accuracy. Their price was reasonable. They were responsive to my time needs. I said that I need to get this done with a certain date and they responded to that.

They were absolutely fabulous. I will use them again in the future if required.

They came when they said they would and sent a report by email the same day.

I recently purchased a 5 1/2 acre property and needed a boundry survey for a fence and to mark the property line. It is in a rural area and the lot is wooded and undeveloped. I contacted the company and they came out and marked it within a couple of weeks.I was very pleased with how they did the survey and marked the property line. The property is covered with many trees and areas of dense vegitation which made it difficult for them at times but they still marked the line with stakes approx. every 50 ft. They stakes were several feet tall and were painted orange with orange ribbon tied to the tops. They also tied orange ribbon to tree limbs above the stake to make them easier to find. This was important because the property line will be cleared with a dozer and the operator needs to be able to see the stakes. I received several copies of detailed drawings showing the property about a week after the marking was completed. I was very happy with the work that was done.

Our experience was fine. They were prompt and the scheduling was fine. They were definitely aboveaverage.

I called late in the day on Friday and none of the engineers were in the office. She told me that she doubted they would be in again that day, but she asked me if I had an email address so that she could email me an estimate with the cost of the job. They responded back to me on Monday with the estimate for the stake survey. One of the reasons I was interested in this company is because they did a job for one of my neighbors. I live in a early 1950s home and was unsure if there were landmarks on my property. Our yard is almost one acre. The purpose of the estimate was to establish the corner boundaries of my property for future fence construction.

Hahn has you fill out a form on the Internet and they send you the exact cost in an e-mail within 48 hours. We did not get our quote that quickly, but our e-mail was very apologetic. There was really nothing to do. The surveyors came and did their job. Only complaint--I wish they had knocked on the door to let us know they were in the lawn working. I suppose they thought no one was at home, but my husband works from home. It was a little worrisome at first, but when we saw their truck we were relieved.

We were having issues with our neighbor and getting the property lines outlined because we wanted to install a fence. They ended up having to come out four times, but they stuck to their original price. They also put extra stakes around that boundary for us.

I contacted the company after reviewing different companies on Angies list to get an estimate. I was going to use this company to perform the work except for 1 problem. I was told I would get an email with what was being done with instructions on how to pay for the services. I never received this email so I won't be able to continue the process with this company. I need a plot plan of my property that I just purchased with the landscaping so I can submit any changes to my HOA this document was not part of my close and I need it. I called and the price was right for what I need and after calling other companies I had decided to use this company but I never got the email. The only thing I can think is that my job was to small or something like that.

They were very polite. They were very professional. I didn’t have to request for any documents and they gave all of them I needed. They answered all the questions before I could ask them. I would rate them high overall. I felt confident about their quality of work. I would use their services again in the future if needed.

Hahn surveying had surveyed my property at the time of purchase, so I knew they had my records. I called them and was greeted very politely. Every encounter was very polite and pleasing. They were flexible and worked in a timely manner to accommodate my schedule.

What a professional group. From the courteous discussion on the phone prior to contract to timely completion of the job this group has it all. This was probably a small job to Hahn but they certainly did not treat it as small. They showed up early, took the time to do the job right, and left with us receiving more than we expected. Our property is half woods with a raven down the middle so we wanted more than just the traditional 4 corner markers. The marked with twelve rebar capped markers along with wooden stacks to help us map our project more quickly. Took about 2-3 hours but they did it right. Definitely got our money's worth and exactly what we had hoped for ... a properly marked accurate survey.

They are true professionals at their job. Everything went smoothly. They have been very receptive to any questions and always answer the phone. They are available when you need them. Our property was very tricky to survey, oddly laid out, and parts were quite rough to access. They came at a difficult weather period and did the job promptly.

We contacted Hahn through their e-mail address. Hahn e-mailed us back a copy of it's proposal to do the job. The survey was completed within days of our having faxed the signed proposal back to Hahn. Very prompt and efficient service.
