H & M MEDINA'S PAINTING

First of all, I am a professional property manager. This painter was refereed to me by my brother who just had his home painted by him. I never met with the painter in person. I gave him the address and the combination to the lock box. There was no written estimate or contract. He asked me what colors I wanted and where I wanted them. He asked me what paint he wanted me to use. I told him the day the job needed to be started and completed. He did not ask for any money upfront. I did not hear from again until 2 days after he was supposed to be done. I went to inspect his work. It was done and looked very nice. There were some tough holes in the wall that he filled, sanded and painted very nice. I am happy with the job. I will hire him again. The only negative thing that I can say is that they left drywall sand everywhere and I had to have the cleaning ladies come back in to clean up after them. It took them 5 hours to clean all the dust.
