 + -1 moreDAVE DICKERSON DID A MASTERFUL JOB WITH OUR BATHROOM. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, ON TIME EACH DAY AND PRICED VERY REASONABLY. HE TOOK THE SMALL PROBLEMS THAT CAME UP IN STRIDE AND ALWAYS WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS JUST RIGHT MECHANICALLY AND COSMETICALLY. WE DEFINITELY PLAN TO HAVE HIM BACK TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK FOR US.
Description of Work: UPDATE BATHROOM INCLUDING: REMOVAL OF OLD VINYL FLOOR AND BASEBOARDS, RELOCATION OF OLD TOILET, REMOVAL OF VANITY AND SINK, WALL UNITS, FIXTURES AND HARDWARE, REPAIR OF DRYWALL, INSTALLATION OF NEW VINYL FLOOR AND BASEBOARDS, NEW PEDESTAL SINK AND TOILET, NEW MEDICINE AND WALL CABINETS, NEW HARDWARE, LIGHT FIXTURE AND ELECTRICAL OUTLET.
