Description of Work: He uses subcontractors, but was not upfront about this. The painter got paint on our carpet in 13 spots. He also left paint all over the glass windows and doors. He spattered on the hard wood floors and got it on switch plates. I called to complain and was treated very rudely. He thought he might be able to get someone out there "in a week or two". I had paid before the job was complete, as I needed to leave the house. Based on reviews here, I was not concerned. I was horrified when I returned and told him so. I told him that for the amount I paid and the mess at my house it was unacceptable to wait a week or two. He refused to see the work himself and did send out someone who was incredible rude and would not speak to me. I would have kicked him out, but with all the paint on my carpet, I wanted the company to be responsible for cleaning it. It was a HUGE disappointment as they are highly rated. Guy may be ok when not subcontracting, but I did not expect it to be and did not ask.

I do not think this is Posted on the correct company. We did paint for you however it was on 7-9-2013. The comment card that you filled out said " On time, Worked hard, Careful, Great Job!" and we were given all A's. I understand that you also had an add on being done at the same time and were not happy with the carpenters and painter from that company. Perhaps you meant to post this for them.
