The exterior crews were very professional, on time and did a great job overall. Managers were helpful with changing paint color to match existing trim. The crews themselves were aware of how the job would look at completion and wanted to do their best work. The interior painter did an outstanding job including very neat clean up.

Intially there was some confusion about a start date and the rep who came to our house assured me he would contact the job supervisor to take care of things. This didn't happen and the paint crew arrived bringht and early and we hadn't picked out a paint color yet. The rep did take care of things and we were able to get back on the schedule pretty quickly. The rest of the job went smoothly. The crew was courteous, did a nice job, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Guy Painting and would use their services again.

Wow!! We have had our has painted several times over the last 4 years and this crew by far was the best. From the quote and (we received it the same day) to the workmanship and follow up after the completion. They came back and did a final inspection a found a few ares to touch up ; the crews are super friendly and very professional the price was very good, I would use them again.

Here is the info you are looking for. Would I recommend them? No I can not. Would I use them again.......no. I will try someone else for painting. They did okay, just not outstanding. And their price is high, so personally, I don't think they are a value. Their wood carpenters were probably their best team. The power-washing/prep people called ahead and were fine to work with. However, it appears that they did not do the the due-diligence that might have been required on portions of the house. I'm sorry to say, the painting crew was not as good as hoped for. Not as hard working as the rest of their team. Did not call ahead. We had no idea when they would be working. One day they didn't arrive until 4 PM. Claimed they would bring a crew of 6 men at 7 AM, only to arrive hours late and with but 4 members. The lead painter had to be told of numerous errors and still there were problems. The supervisor had to come out to try to correct the issues. The painters did do a pretty good job on the deck staining however. I had already warned them that the last company I used had to re-wash and stain some areas due to poor wood prep. Maybe that helped. The painters also killed several areas of my lawn. The supervisor didn't even respond to a text when told of this, after they had been paid. So, no I will not be calling them again. They are pretty expensive and did a fine job.....just not as great as Angie's List would have you believe. I will take my chances with another company the next time I need painting done.

It went well. There was a crew of 3, they were fast, made no mess and the porch looks great.

Our salesperson, Brandon, was friendly and informative. The paint crew was also friendly and extremely punctual. They did a very good job of taping the area and carefully painting. We were allowed to use paint that we already had. Other painters we met at the home show refused using our paint. We had already painted much of the house ourselves and just needed someone to do the areas that were too tall for us, and we wanted all of the paint to match. They did provide the paint for the garage. Other contractors that we met did not send us the estimates, which is unprofessional. Brandon gave us our estimate the same day that we met. I think that the price was a little high, but because of other painters lack of professionalism, I don't have anything to corroborate this. What I do know is that the crew was professional, clean, respectful, friendly, and did a great job on the painting. So even though it seemed a little expensive, you get what you pay for, and it looks great. Very pleased. We will keep Guy Painting in mind when we have to have the outside of our house painted.

Everything went very smoothly. Estimator came out as promised. Company called us when an opening unexpectedly occurred. Carpenter came out as scheduled to remove and replace cracked and/or rotted siding. Painters came out as scheduled to powerwash house. Then next day began painting. Nice job of calking, painting. No mess. Job thoroughly done. Entire job completed start to finish in 3 1/2 days.

I was extremely pleased with Guy Painting. Ron Jones runs a state of the art painting company. Guy Painting painted the exterior of my two story home in early October, 2018, after they replaced some old wood. His carpenters, preparation staff, and painters were all quite professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and considerate. Mr. Jones himself came to my home, and there were several visits by his supervisory staff, and all were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. I have absolutely no complaints and would hire them again (and I likely will do so for some interior painting later). Pricing is competitive, compared to multiple estimates. Additionally, they do not ask for any payment until after the entire job is done and the customer is happy with the results. Guy Painting will take good care of you and your property!

Very well. We think the role that Mike plays with quality control and as liaison between the home owner and the crews is essential to receiving a quality job.

We discovered some rotten window frames and sills and their master carpenter repaired and made the house look new along with the painters who did a great job painting and caulking and other prep work.

I got six estimates for repainting my 30-year-old cedar-sided house. All five had approximately the same cost (within a few hundred dollars) for the repaint, but only the estimator from Guy Painting did a truly thorough inspection of the siding and where parts of the siding needed replacement. He estimated several thousand dollars in wood repair, where others either said "we'll see after we start" or "we'll let you know" (but never did). The team from Guy Painting did a great job, and though they found a few more items after they power-washed, their estimate was much more realistic than others. This is the third time I've had my house repainted, and this is the first time I've felt the team's goal was to get the job done right as opposed to finishing as quickly as possible. I was impressed by their "no down payment" policy, and also by the amount of communication maintained throughout the process. If you want quick-and-cheap-and-dirty, don't hire these guys but if you want the job done right, I highly recommend them.

The work was accomplished as promised on a timely ,quality basis.

They showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was very fair and the accommodated our schedule. Highly responsive to our questions and they clearly outlined what work the thought needed to be done after an inspection of the home.

Could not ask for a better experience overall! We received quotes from painting companies and went with Guy Painting for many reasons. The quote was very detailed and they answered all our questions and addressed our concerns before, during and even after the job was done. We went with a totally different color and we got nervous when the trim was being done. They assured us the color combo was a good match and the finished job would look great - They were right b/c our home looks AMAZING! We love it, our neighbors love it and we would not hesitate to recommend Guy Painting to family and friends and in the Spring we will hire them again to paint the inside of our home. From the initial contact to the finial walk around and everything in between we give them an A+!!

Our project went extremely well right from the start. The estimator was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that he understood all the details of what we wanted done and that he answered all of our questions. The painters arrived promptly at the start of our project and went right to work. They moved the heavy furniture that we could not move and ensured that all of our furniture was protected from any possible damage from paint. On the job site they were very professional and were obviously experienced painters. At the end of our two day project they put back they heaving furniture and cleaned up all the painting mess.

Excellent ! They painted the exterior of my house in August. The prep work was very well done, especially the caulking which is so important. The house looks great. In October they painted all interior walls again another excellent job. Their painters were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Guy Painting.

From start to finish Guy painting did a great job. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Altus was very responsive in coming out and giving a quote and thoroughly went through all the information. He also was able to provide some ideas for the painting. On the day of painting, the painter work diligently and efficiently to get the work done. He first made sure he exactly had the paint/color we wanted and worked hard throughout the day to complete the work. He patched needed hole and marks taped everything off. He was able to work around our schedules coming and going and having little kids around. Clean up was done as well when he left with all debris and tape removed. Would definitely hire again.

Great job explaining the work that would be done and very detailed quote. Prep work was extensive (4-man crew x6 hours) before painting was started. Quality managers stopped in to check on work. Finished product looks great.

Guy did a great job, from the estimate phase, which was very easy and thorough, to the execution, which was done quickly, professionally, and very clean.
