GUTTERS PLUS

I left two different phone messages, first on 1/8/07 and the second on 1/23/07 requesting an appointment to get an estimate done. They did not have the courtesy to call me back to tell me they already had to much business and didn't need mine.

Husband and wife team performed the work. Very courteous and friendly. He caulked a crack he found in the gutter.

They arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. The bid was lower than the others I received and I didn't feel that they did any less of a job. Will recommend them to others.

Called and left message for them to call me back bacause I wanted an estimate on some gutter repair. After over a week, they never called back (I have voice mail and caller ID). I still have water leaching in to the basement due to what I fear is gutter drainage around the foundation. I expect exceptional service when using what Angies list promotes as exceptional suppliers.

Had a little hard time making initial contact. Sent approved proposal with note to call before coming because gates to backyard are locked. I guess they disregarded this because when we were out of town they came by saw gates were locked and went over with ladder. As far as seeing what work was done will have to take their word because I cannot get up that high to visually inspect. As far as some of the following categories it was hard to grade seeing that we were not present during the job. The dog normally has access to backyard via the doggy door. If she was home and they disregarded the call first locked gate message I don't know what problems that may have caused. I don't know if our evaluation in some of these can be used since we had no direct contact with the company during the actual process. I put N/A for professionalism because of that.

DID NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALL.

THEIR PRICE WAS LESS THAN OTHER COMPANIES, AND THEY ARE A MOM AND POP COMPANY THAT COME TOGETHER AND GET IT DONE. THEY DID IT IN EXTREMELY HOT HEAT.

DID A VERY GOOD JOB, AND DID IT ON TIME. VERY CLEAN.

DEAN AND RACHEL WERE VERY PLEASANT AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB! WE ONLY GAVE A "B" RATING ON RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE ON OUR INITIAL CALL WE DID NOT GET A RESPONSE, BUT THEREAFTER, FOLLOW THROUGH WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. OUR NEW GUTTERS LOOK GREAT!

MY 2 PHONE MESSAGES TO THEM WERE NEVER RETURNED.

CALLED TO REQUEST QUOTE. NO LIVE PERSON. LEFT MESSAGE. NEVER RETURNED CALL.

WHEN I CALLED AGAIN ON JAN 12, THEY RETURNED MY CALL THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THEY HAD BEEN OUT OF TOWN, BUT THEY DID NOT INDICATE THIS ON THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE. I CALLED THEM BACK ON THE MORNING OF JAN 14 TO TRY TO CONNECT WITH THEM (AGAIN HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND NO INDICATION THEY ARE OUT OF THE OFFICE ON THEIR VOICE MAIL) BUT NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL AND IT IS AT THE END OF THE DAY ON JAN 17. OVERALL PROFESSIONALISM IS AN F BECAUSE IF THEY WERE TRULY PROFESSIONAL THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE WOULD SAY WHEN THEY ARE OUT OF TOWN.

THE ONLY REASON WE DIDN'T USE THEM IS THEY DO NOT OFFER 6'' GUTTERS AND WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THAT SIZE.

VERY NICE COUPLE PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. GUTTER SCREENS ARE SECURED IN PLACE WITH SCREWS. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO NEIGHBORS.

HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM SHOWED UP FOR THE ESTIMATE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD ON WEDNESDAY, AND CAME AND INSTALLED THE GUTTERS ON MONDAY. VERY TIMELY AND GOOD JOB DONE.

THEY ALWAYS CALLED BACK PROMPTLY. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. COMPLETED THE JOB TO MY SATISFACTION.

I CALLED GUTTERS PLUS DURING THE DAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. MY CALL WAS RETURNED THAT SAME EVENING. HE SCHEDULED ME FOR THE NEXT SATURDAY MORNING (ABOUT 3 DAYS LATER) SO THAT THE WORK COULD BE DONE QUICKLY (DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE ALREADY HAD OTHER JOBS ON SATURDAY AND HAD TO COME TO MY HOUSE PRETTY EARLY). HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME, AND HE FIXED THE GUTTER IN UNDER AN HOUR. THE JOB WAS DONE PERFECTLY, AND HE WAS EXTREMELY NICE. I WAS AMAZED AT THE PRICE, ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE FACT THAT HE HAD TO FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE AT A TIME THAT WAS PROBABLY NOT VERY CONVENIENT FOR HIM. HE WAS GREAT ACROSS THE BOARD, PROMPTNESS, PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY, PRICE, AND FRIENDLINESS.

I COULD NEVER GET ANYONE TO CALL ME BACK.

I CALLED ON FRIDAY AND THEY REPLACED THEM ON SATURDAY, WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. IT'S A HUSBAND & WIFE TEAM AND THEY ARE REALLY NICE, THEY CLEANED UP AND EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT.

THIS COMPANY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

APPEARED VERY HONEST. PRICE WAS GOOD.

WHEN WE NEED NEW GUTTERS AGAIN, WE ARE CALLING MANTOOTHS. THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR WHO PUT UP MY GUTTERS DID A SUB PAR JOB, DEAN GOT MY GUTTERS UP CORRECTLY AND LOOKING GOOD. HE RETURN CALLS PROMPTLY AND DOES EXCELLENT WORK.
