I am extremely displeased. I felt like they were all about getting me to sign the dotted line and then worry about the problems. To start, My front door was dented on install. Rather than replace it at the time, they painted it. I complained and they sanded the spot to try and remove the dent. It was still visible. I was promised a new door that still has not been installed. The siding was installed very poorly and caused me to have to meet with the installer and builder to remedy. The front yard has sank in two different spots, which I was promised would be fixed. Still hasn't been. The sprinkler system was broken when they installed my mailbox pole, nobody said anything. I ordered appliances through them, they scratched my wood floor in the kitchen and the vinyl floor in the utility room. The vendor pleaded innocent, even though the house was empty at the time. This was all before I even had closed on the house! I have not heard from them on the service since then. The time has passed in which I was promised a solution. The sales person was very unresponsive throughout the whole process, unless I threatened to back out.

It was okay. They did the work on time. They had to go back and redo many problems. They did go back and do the work but if they had a supervisor there I do not think they would have had to go back and do so much. The supervisor had told me that he was at time supervising numerous houses so he was not always there when the work was being done. They do not share any of the cost with you when they are doing the work. You are not allowed to bring in any worker so you have to use them and then they do not tell you what its going to cost. They have complete control over the site until it is done and it is not good since there is lack of communication.

Overall experience with the building process was unsatisfactory. I felt the builder cut corners on a lot of things, including the quality of the home. Lose siding issues, window leaking, upgraded carpeting unravelling, walls not square, did not caulk any windows, the list goes on & on. After closing on the home, we have found it very difficult to ask questions from the Sales Rep without being pushed out the door! Bad service & warranty department, always makes it our responsibility of contacting appropriate contractor that completed work to get something fixed.

THE PEOPLE I HAVE DEALT WITH ARE VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND PROMPT. TERRY BIBLE AND DEB IN THE MORTGAGE CLOSING DEPARTMENT WERE A GREAT HELP AS WELL.
