Everyone was friendly and professional - from sales to the moving team. Took great care to protect belongings and also protect floors/doorways, etc. Nothing was damaged and did not even find a scratch or a knick on anything. Moving team was great!

The movers arrived about 30 minutes into the 2 hour window given on the day of the pickup. I could not get the office to ask the driver to call me when they left the local facility, however. My belongings arrived within (at the end of) the window given. Overall it was a good experience and the only frustration was trying to find out when the shipment was leaving and arriving, communication in that area could have been better, but it was a very smooth move. The movers and drivers were courteous and professional, making every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with everything they had done.

They assessed all of our furniture and items that we need to move. The service was excellent. The gentlemen that came was courteous and efficient.

They did an outstanding job. It took 4 days including the moving and unloading. They were very good about packing; everything was well packed and well protected. They worked hard. There was only one thing broken, that was a weird thing. I would use them again if required.

We had a good experience overall. This is my fourth interstate move with Guardian and my fourth good experience. Our driver (John) was excellent and had good crews on both the front and back ends of this job. This price included some packing (of all of our breakables) and shipping for one of our cars. He stayed in touch with us by phone on the way down and was on time and quick at loading and unloading (even the car). None of the items that were packed by Guardian were broken.

Mark, as he is known, (the driver) impressed us as an excellent manager, organizer, technician, and mechanic. For such a young man, he exhibited extraordinary maturity and good judgment, keeping safety and security in mind at all times. He kept track of even the smallest parts to certain items in our belongings and made sure they did not get lost. The terrific and polite crew of men he chose to help him with this move is a good example of Mark's outstanding ability to manage human resources. In addition to our household belongings, Mark was also responsible for moving our car on the 18 wheeler, securing it for a cross country move, and unloading it safely at our new residence. All went flawlessly. Two other nationwide companies competed for this job, but Guardian Relocation/Atlas Van Lines won the job and we are very happy we gave them our business. I highly recommend them as we have no regrets and would do business with them in a heartbeat.

It was the worst moving experience I'd ever had. They broke our antiques and refused to replace them even though we purchased replacement cost insurance. They blamed the damage on the climate. They dropped things and packed improperly causing some things to break. We would have been out of luck if it weren't for our insurance carrier, Chubb. The claim was thousands of dollars. I'm surprised they continue to do business.

THEY WERE PROMPT WITH THE ESTIMATE. WHEN THEY PACKED OUR HOUSE, IT WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TRANSPORT A CAR, AND IT WAS NOT DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY INITIALLY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TRANSPORT THE CAR. THERE WERE SEVERAL PIECES OF FURNITURE THAT WERE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.

THEY DIDN'T WANT TO PUT DOWN FLOOR COVERINGS OR BANISTER COVERINGS. WE PAID FOR UNPACKING, BUT THEY DIDN'T DO THIS. ONE WORKER WAS LITERALLY THROWING THINGS INTO A CLOSET. I HAD TO ASK TOO OFTEN, FOR TOO MANY THINGS, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WITH THE SERVICE WE PAID FOR. I'VE MOVED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.

THERE WERE THREE PEOPLE PACKING AND TWO WERE FINE. ONE GUY PACKING THE KITCHEN WAS JUST THROWING ITEMS IN THE BOXES. DAMAGED A TV SET, BECAUSE THEY WERE FORCING IT THROUGH, WHEN ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN. SENT THE WRONG TRUCK. THEY WERE HERE UNTIL 11:00 PM AND WERE TO UNPACK, BUT DID NOT BECAUSE IT WAS SO LATE. SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES AND NOT ME THE CUSTOMER. I HOW EVER DID NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING, BECAUSE WE WERE RELOCATING, AND DUE TO THIS I FELT THEY JUST DID NOT CARE.

THE MOVE WAS EXCELLENT. ALL PERSONNEL WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL and CAPABLE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME and EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD CONDITION. THE ESTIMATE WAS ACCURATE. EVERYONE WAS HELPFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THE SALESPERSON WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DELIGHTFUL TO WORK WITH. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CREW THAT WAS SENT. THE EVALUATOR/SALESPERSON ESTIMATED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 3 HOURS TO MOVE THESE 10 ITEMS, BUT THEY HAD A 4-HOUR MINIMUM. UNFORTUNATELY IT TOOK THEM 6 HOURS AND THEY HAD WASTED ONE OF THOSE HOURS TRYING TO GET AN ARMOIRE UPSTAIRS THAT THEY BROKE AND THEN LEFT IN THE GARAGE BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED IT WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO FIT UP THE STAIRCASE. A WEEK LATER A DIFFERENT CREW MOVED THE PIECE UPSTAIRS IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AND I''M STILL WAITING 3 WEEKS LATER FOR THEM TO SEND SOMEBODY TO FIX THE DAMAGE.

I THOUGHT OVERALL THEY WERE WONDERFUL!

WE WERE QUOTED A PRICE OF 4 MEN FOR 8 HOURS FOR THIS JOB. THE MEN THAT DID THE WORK MOVED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY CUTTING THE TIME DOWN CONSIDERABLY, THEREFORE CUTTING THE PRICE. THEY SAVED US QUITE A BIT OF MONEY. WE HAD NO CASUALTIES AND NO DINGS IN THE WALLS.

DAMAGE TO ALL BELONGINGS. MOVE THEM FROM OVERSEAS AND STILL BATTLING WITH THEM.

BELONGINGS PUT IN STORAGE WHILE HOUSE WAS BEING BUILT. LOST GRANDMOTHER'S ANTIQUE LEATHER-TOP DRUM TABLE. THEY REIMBURSED HER $300 BUT STILL UNSATISFIED.

THEY HANDLED INTERNATIONAL MOVE FOR THEM. BOTH TO AND FROM. VERY NICE PERSONNEL. ALWAYS ON TIME. INCLUDED STORAGE.

MOVED HER TWO ADULT KIDS OUT OF TOWN. VERY SMALL LOADS. WERE JUST AS NICE AS FOR LARGE AND FAR.
