 + -1 moreCouldn't be more dissatisfied/disappointed by the standard of service. Grace was incredibly unhelpful and adopted a very poor attitude when asked if she could provide a delivery window. Requested to speak with a Supervisor, but was told he wasn't available. Been waiting 5 days, tarps, plants, everything ready to go and this company just really let us down.
Description of Work: Ordered and paid for a significant quantity of compost and mulch, scheduled delivery to sync with the arrival of plants and the company flat out refused to work with us on providing a delivery window on the day

 + -1 morePURCHASED TOP SOIL, AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS ESSENTIALLY CLAY. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEIR REPRESENTATIVE STATED SHE WOULD HAVE THE OWNER CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM FURTHER. I'VE NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL. I FEEL IF MOST TOP SOIL IN THIS AREA IS CLAY (WHICH I DOUBT), THIS SHOULD BE EXPLAINED AT TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT, PERHAPS I WOULD HAVE GONE WITH AN ORGANIC BLEND. I FEEL WHEN MOST PEOPLE THINK OF TOPSOIL, YOU DON'T THINK OF GROUND CLUMPS OF CLAY. WHEN A COMPANY STATES THEY'LL CALL ME BACK REGARDING A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE, I EXPECT THE COURTESY OF A PHONE CALL.
