+ -1 moreGreen Homes was called. I did hve to make one follow-up call to get a response but they arrived the following week with a crew. They removed the motorized awning (which weighs 200+ lbs), and replaced the damaged mounting brackets (bent by wind damage) and damaged fiber cemenet siding plank. Finally, re-installed and re-set the motorized awning to the frame of house. Looked like the awning was back to normal and ready for next Spring. The job took about week due to replacement metal brackets had to be ordered. They did a good job and were very professional.
Description of Work: Back deck motorized awning was damaged after a windy rain storm. Mounting brackets were bent and pulled away from frame of house.

Fred was able to get me a great deal, which I really appreciated. Our new awning comes with a ten year warranty. Overall, my experience with Green Way Homes was great.

+ -1 moreWe had them come and replace our skylight. It was an electrical venting skylight and they did a very good job. We were quite pleased with their work, and they installed the remote control, insect screen, rain sensor, and ice shield. I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWe didn’t use them. Overall, it was not a good experience. Neither my wife nor I were very impressed. We don’t think the guy handled himself very professionally. He made some comments that were unnecessary and unneeded. His price was high. They were responsive. We would not use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreWe called them and never heard anything back from them. We were able to contact the guy who had fixed that for us earlier and we called them. They never called back. They didn’t ever show up. The guy was nice. He knew and understood what the call was concerning. I wouldn’t use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Green Way Homes LLC probably on 12 July to get an estimate. Our retractable awning was not working.

Looking forward to doing more work with Green Way on other projects. The color and pattern for my awning was eye-catching and I have received compliments and queries from neighbors about the awning.

+ 0 moreExtremely well, I wouldn't hesitate to call Green Way for any other service they perform.
Description of Work: Terry Black, one of the owners, came to my home and gave me an estimate for a 10x13 motorized, retractable awning. He helped me decide on the exact size, color and positioning of the awning. The product was ready to be installed in less than 2 weeks and Mr. Black and an assistant did the installation. I love the awning, it keeps my sun room (which gets the intense western sun each afternoon) at least 20 degrees cooler and makes sitting on our deck possible in the afternoon. In the past our deck was something we looked at, it was far too hot to use. Now we spend lots of time out there and enjoy every minute. I also had Green Way give me an estimate for replacing several windows (Pozi) that had broken seals. We were happy with their estimate and suggestions and will probably have the work done later in the year.

+ -1 moreTerry came out and accommodated our schedule (we both work so he came later in the evening). Took his measurements and went over our options and quoted a price. He said it would take right around 2 weeks from the time he ordered the awning to receive it and install it. 2 weeks later he called and scheduled the next day to install. Installation was very easy and quick. Terry then gave me a tutorial on how to use the awning and that was that. The entire process was about as painless as you can get!!

+ -1 moreI called him, and in no time at all he was able to come out and give me an estimate. He was very good at giving me all the options and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He ordered it and told me it would take about two to three weeks, and it was there in less time than that. When he called to tell me, he was able to set up an appointment to do the job within two days. His price was quite competitive. Other companies didn't give me as many options as he did and their price was about the same as his and I got more than just the awning from him. Green way supply was very professional, honest and easy to work with.

TOLD HIM NO AS IT WOULD HAVE TO GO OPPOSITE THE ROOF LINE AND HE AGREED THAT THIS WOULD BE SO, BUT STILL INSISTED THAT WE DO THIS. I TOLD HIM NO, AND THEN REQUESTED TO SEE THE MATERIAL SAMPLES WHILE HE DID THE ESTIMATING. NEVER ASKED WHAT I AGREED ON, JUST TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD SEND ME AN ESTIMATE IN 3-4 DAYS. AS OF TODAY, HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM.
