They said I was on a schedule, but nothing happened. He sent me a letter that it was too windy and too wet to complete the service and that we were late to pay. My husband and I had both thought the other were going to pay and been two months behind, but that could have been fixed with a simple phone call.

They were outstanding at what they did. For two of the trees which they could not just drop and then cut up, they brought in a crane and cut and lowered branches using a cable from the crane. They certainly knew what they were doing. They hauled away all of the wood and did an excellent job on cleanup. I definitely recommend them and would contract with them again.

This is the 2nd time I hired Green Arbor to work on our trees. The 1st time they treated 2 of my oak trees that were starting to look diseased. Green Arbor treated the trees and now they look so much healthier. This time I called because 1 of my 4 Bradford Pears was splitting down the middle. Green Arbor came out and checked the health of the trees and then gave me their recommendations. They recommended that all 4 trees be thinned because the trees are full and there is nothing blocking the really strong winds we get out here in the country. They also recommended 6 braces: 3 on the split tree, 2 on another tree, and 1 on each of the other 2 trees. I asked if they could remove the lower branches so that I can easily mow the grass with my riding lawnmower that has a roll bar. We agreed and now my trees look happy and beautiful. Additionally, I'm happy that I can easily cut our grass without having to worry about tipping my lawnmower over backwards or getting stuck in the face with a tree limb! Note about the people of Green Arbor: I found Green Arbor to be very professional and appear to be very sincere about wanting my business. I never felt like they were trying to squeeze every dime out of me and yet I felt like I was a very important customer. I liked that they answered all my questions and explained things that I would have never thought to have asked. Very polite people. I won't hesitate to use Green Arbor in the future and I will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!

They do a great job with tree trimming. They are great. They do a really good job. They are prompt and on time. They do what they are supposed to do and they take good care of us.

They did a good job and were reasonable in price. They completed the job in the winter and charged me for a winter rate. They hauled all of the debris away. I was very satisfied with the work they did.

Green Arbor Representative seemed very knowledgeable and conscientious, and the price was competitive. But a few problems crept into getting the work done: The crew had to come back a couple of times because they neglected to do everything listed on the work order, and there were delays in finishing the loose ends - mostly because of obvious communication problems between personnel on their end.

Dan was very professional and timely in providing a written quote for the work. Though I will go with another company due to price, I appreciated the thoroughness of his work and for including a price for each tree to be removed in case we wanted to tackle the project without doing all the work at one time.

The city cited us for coding violations (infringement of public walkway and obstruction of traffic view) the week we inherited the property and gave us 2 weeks to make the required adjustments or we would be facing massive fines and penalties. This came during a season when landscapers and tree services are at their busiest, and we spent considerable time trying to find someone to help us. After seeing a sign on one of their trucks, my husband called Green Arbor. We are so very happy we found them to do the work. Not only did he give us a prompt estimate, and complete the job meeting our deadline, but he also came out on a separate trip to look at my newly planted apple trees at no cost and made recommendations on their pruning and care. We have not only received numerous compliments on how much better the trees look, but the city came out to inspect and closed the case with no fines or penalties incurred. I will be very happy to use Green Arbor in the future.

Great! A prompt estimate was given in writing and it was very reasonable. We were also sent written information about the type of services they do (and don't) recommend for tree care and we were given a phone call, too, to discuss our particular trees. The health of our trees were their priority and they actually recommended that we wait to have two of our trees trimmed. The one that was trimmed was well taken care of and the area around it was cleaned up nicely. The workers were friendly and helpful. The job was done within a week of my inquiry and I am satisfied with the results. Good job!

We had a 40 foot tall white pine tree that was about 12and quot; in diameter at the bottom that had begun to lean at a 30 degree angle to one side. If the tree fell, it would have taken down the neighbor's wooden fence. We needed the tree to be removed right away and the man at Green Arbor was able to send a crew out that very afternoon. We were very pleased with the work. I like that Green Arbor has a man climb the tree to cut it down instead of bringing lots of heavy equipment into the back yard. The price was reasonable and they did the job very quickly including complete cleanup after grinding the stump. I will definitely call them again when I need trees removed.

I can't say enough good things about Green Arbor. I got several quotes from sources for the removal of the huge Ash tree in our back yard that was not only old and dying but had also fallen prey to the dreaded Ash Borer. Green Arbor's quote wasn't the most expensive, and it wasn't the cheapest either, but the reviews of them from previous clients on Angie's list cinched the deal for me. Green Arbor provided me (in advance) a detailed itemized sheet of the services they would do, explaining when the workers would show up and how the work would be performed. They also emailed me a copy of their insurance coverage and had me sign a driveway waver when the crane arrived. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and polite. They worked swiftly and as a team, coordinating cutting with removal, and lifted big pieces of the tree OVER the house with a ginormous crane. It was really rather astonishing to watch. I know this isn't rocket science, but the whole affair took skill as well as strength, and the crew was great. Everything but the biggest part of the trunk got loaded into the chipper and they cleaned up thoroughly and efficiently, hauling away the heavy tree trunk pieces in a truck with a different crane. There was no shouting to each other, no cursing (at least that I could hear!), no trash left behind. One of their crew got on top of the house to remove branches that had fallen there in the winter's storms, and another crew member raked the lawn thoroughly of all debris. I asked them to leave a 3 foot stump for me to fashion a table out of, and the stump is perfect. They worked safely, wore appropriate gear, and answered all my questions. It took about 4 hours to complete the job, and I would recommend them highly and without hesitation.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were polite and professional. They answered all of my questions and provided advise when asked. They cleaned up the grounds after doing the trimming and left the area under and around the trees in much better condition than they found it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Green Arbor was very professional and completed the job as was detailed in the quote which we felt was reasonable for the work to be done. Two of our neighbors trees were trimmed also and they were happy with the results. They responded quickly with a quote and arrived as promised on the day the service was performed. Green Arbor was very professional, prompt and the best price we found

Called on a Friday to request a quote and left message with an employee. Within 30 minutes the arborist called to make an appointment for a quote the next Monday to remove 3 trees. We received the quote, which based on our research was fair, and accepted his offer. After mentioning that we planned to remove a smaller 4th tree ourselves he volunteered to remove that one also at no additional charge. We were told that a crew would come in two days to do the job. Two days later the crew arrived and double checked with us on the identity of the 4 trees. The trees were sectioned and mulched. Green Arbor did a very good job of clean up afterwards. We are very satisfied with their knowledge and professionalism.

Great crews and staff. GREAT Experience. They climb to get areas the truck will not reach, cleaned up all the clippings VERY WELL.

I do 2-4 home remodels a year. I have used Green Arbor several times for several of my houses. They have even done a lot of work around my own home. Jeff always treats me fairly, and his crews do good work. A couple of times verbal agreements have not been forwarded onto the crews, but Jeff always takes care of me! Customer service is A#1 with Jeff and his crews. They are usually very responsive and very easy going. Will continue to work with them in the future!

Approximately 6 men showed up and begin to and quot;hackand quot; on the trees in no specific technique or pattern. No one introduced themselves or came to the door to announce their arrival. The group worked a total of maybe 20 minutes and appeared to be finishing up. My husband went out and ask them to trim up some of the trees in certain places and ask soome questions. The apparent man in charge was less than pleased to meet the request. They worked another 5 minutes- raked up the debris and all headed out - no goodbyes, no and quot;is this satisfactory?and quot; They were gone - I would not use the group again -

I called Green Arbor for an estimate. Severaldays later Jeff called and said he would be out. I read in some reports from Angie's List that Jeff does an esitmate, does the work and leaves an invoice. This is totally true. If I hadn't been home the day he did the estimate I never would have seen him. I was lucky enough to be home when he came out to do the estimate. Not only did he give me the lowest estimate I had received from anyone, he took the time to give me suggestions about the other trees on my property. He also took some time to describe charateristics of several of my trees. He is extremely knowledgable. Several days later he took the trees down, ground the stumps cleaned up all the debris. Several days later and invoice came in the mail. That was it. My neighbors were so impressed with the work I had done they hired him to take down a walnut tree that had been growing very close to their house. They were very happy with his work also. I was very pleased with Green Arbor. They know what they are doing and their prices are more than reasonable.
