Upon first meeting Joe at the Home-A-Rama last year we knew instantly Gradison was special. Being a young couple most builders that day overlooked us and didn't take our request for additional information seriously, but not Joe. His spirit was relaxed, fun, and very informative. Since our meeting last year they have hired two new additions Kara and Brooks that compliment the team very well. Kara is awesome, very professional but also personable and Brooks' years of construction knowlege really helps to streamline your ideas and dreams all while trying to keep in your budget and his personality is also stellar. However, Kristy, for me, is the main attraction! (That is who puts your wish list together and delivers an out of the park design). When you walk through a home built by Gradison you can just feel the difference. So we decided about two months ago to reserve a lot in Timberstone right on the water which cost us $5000. Since then, we have had several design meetings, walked the lot many times,they have set me up with a great lender who pre-qualified us and they are now working through the final changes. In the next few weeks I get to go shopping with Ann and when I return from vacation they are setting up a final design meeting! If all goes well my family and I will be moving in next May! I interviewed 3 custom builders in the area and it was quality and family friendly atmosphere that won me over with Gradison. If you are thinking about building you should just set up a meeting and see what they can offer. You won't be disappointed! Thanks for reading....

I was pleased with their service and I would use them again. They did what they were supposed to do. They were prompt and got the job done. They met my deadline because I needed them to get it done quickly because we were getting ready to sell our house. They got it done for me on time because we weren't going to put it on the market until it was fixed. Their price was a lot cheaper than the last time I used them. They gave me a good deal and so far it looks really good. I like the looks of it better than the last one. Its extended out nicely.

Joe Gradison came out to look at our project - We are in a late 40's Broad Ripple house and wanted to expand our den to include an existing screened-in porch that sat on part of our deck - Joe didn't feel comfortable with using the existing deck as the foundation (another contractor proposed that) - Joe drew up plans to cut out the deck, remove the exterior wall and beam the ceiling on the load bearing wall - The plans cost 500.00 which was part of the price if the proposal was accepted -- The work took about 8 weeks which was on schedule -- Dan, the construction foreman, worked with us all the way through the project - making sure the contractors were on time, clean and the site was secure -- We made some additions which added to the original price but were priced and agreed to before work was done -- The final room was above our expectations - We thank Gradison Building Corp. for the quality and care they put into our project

We could not have been more pleased with the Gradison Team. They listened to what we wanted and our budget. They met with us and provided several designs and options. Joe, Patrick and Ann were fabulous! Ann was very patient and did a great job helping us pick out finishes -- carpet, hard wood flooring, paint, stain, lighting etc. Patrick was always available and responsive. Their subs did a great job -- always cleaned up after themselves and the quality was great! We would use them again in a heartbeat. This project turned out even better than we could have dreamed!

They were extremely prompt with their services. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. There were normal bumps and bruises that a remodel brings, but overall it met my expectations. It went well and was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves.
