Description of Work: Gene helped us find a new home and then sold our existing home. This is the second time we have used him to do this and both times he did an excellent job. On the last purchase and sale we had complications with zoning etc and his years of experience enabled him to help us navigate through the issues. I would use him again but hopefully we'll be in this house a long time!

Description of Work: He was very prompt in answering my call. I told him exactly what we were looking for, 2 acres or so with a 3 bedroom ranch style house. He contacted me one time, showing me listings of 2 story houses on tiny lots near where I live now. I told him to keep looking, and I would also look online. He never contacted me again.

 + -1 moreIWe had a walk-through inspection to figure out what needed to be done to get my house rent ready and to be honest, he was much more through than the inspector I used before I bought said house. The repairman he referred was EXCELLENT, both in his workmanship and price. Even though my wife and I quickly decided to put the house on the market before a tenant was found (wanted to see if the house would sell), Mr. Tumbarello did a great job maintaining my property. And if my house does not sell and we decide to rent it out, Mr. Tumbarello would be my first choice to manage the property!
Description of Work: I had an agreement with Mr. Tumbarello in principal to manange my home in short notice as I accepted a great out-of-state career opportunity.

Description of Work: Gene is my Realtor and I used his services to search and purchase my first home. I am extremely picky and loved the fact that he was more than willing to show me as many homes as it took for me to find the one. Gene was knowledgeable and urged me to be patient and take my time to make sure I am completely happy with my decision. I even get updating emails from Gene about my local Real Estate Market and helpful homeowner tips. I will continue to seek his advice and services when selling or buying Real Estate.
