Everything went well. They were out within a day or two. They were very nice and very timely. Although I did not end up using them, I would certainly consider using them in the future.

Mark gave us an estimate and met me at Tremain to pick out countertop granite. They came and removed old countertops and Tremain came and put in new countertops. Mark put in the new stove top and sink/faucets. They even found a way to keep the RO tank under the sink upright with the new undermount sink. They adjusted the two kitchen garages after the countertop install and they work better now than before. They cleaned up very well after the work. Then they came back and removed the old backsplash tiles and re drywalled and painted. They even fixed two other problem dry wall areas in the kitchen and repainted there. They had difficulty matching the kitchen paint but persevered until it looked right. Mark is a perfectionist. I am planning to have them come back and update the kitchen lighting.

I trust them. They call me before they come and clean up after themselves.

We had a water pipe burst in our lower level and the restoration company cut several holes into all the walls to check for water damage. Geist Remodeling repaired these holes and repainted the entire area including three rooms, a bathroom and a stairwell. They came out within a day of our call to them to give us an estimate which was given to us the next day. They started work by the following week. They came to work on time each day and worked the entire day. They had a "no nonsense" approach and finished approximately when they said they would. We found their work to be very good and are very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this company.

They originally said that the project would take 4-5 days and it ended up taking 5 weeks. The cost ended up being approximately 3 times more than the original quote amount.

He has been very conscious of my goals and pointed out multiple options. Cautions while being mindful of my budget parameters. Dmitri did an excellent job coordinating multiple crews and vendors for the required work that was needed. I received schedules regularly and updates as things needed to change due to weather and such. I was always informed of the progress being made, the next steps to be performed and where the project was relative to budget. All of the crews were great to work with as well. They arrived when they said they would. Performed everything and more than they said they would do. I am very pleased with the quality of the work that has been done. The overall management of ALL of the project's facets. I would not hesitate to call Dmitri again for another project.
