 + 0 moreOUTSTANDING! CHIMNEY - Their estimate was 66% LESS than other estimates I received. GDS' crew was careful and made sure that the large amount of dust this process generates was thoroughly cleaned from the roof and gutters. An excellent job! FENCE - I had a small privacy fence installed against the house. It is of high-quality construction and excellent in appearance. GDS had the utility lines marked - there were quite a few. The installation did not sever any utilities AND GDS took the time and trouble to remove ALL the flags and ground markings done on the property by the utility marking service. No debris was left from either project. The owner, Gary, and all personnel are professional, courteous, and informative. Could not have asked for a better job.

 + 5 moreMr. Smith has always done very high quality work. Because we live in an older home, some of it was very difficult. Also, the work done looks like it just fits perfectly and just belongs in our home. His estimates have always been reasonable. GDS always responded within 24 hours, and they did the work in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: The company has done a lot of work for us, including putting in an entire kitchen, putting in cabinets in two rooms, replacing flooring, laying tile, and most recently finishing a garage and creating the storage space we had wanted.

 + -1 moreVery professional. He was on time, he took the money as he did the job. It took about a week the deck was 14 by 16 feet. It is a lot nicer than the old deck.
