They service was excellent. That was good advise they were nine or ten years old. He said he would probably be back in a few weeks to replace the other.

They gave me a quote on April 25 and installed them on July 21. The trim on the outside of one window disintegrated. They went to Lowe's to purchase trim and installed trim on all windows so they would all match. We received 3 quotes for the top of the line window and they had the best overall. They were also very neat and cleaned up after themselves. My husband was there supervising the whole time and thought they did a very good job.

They came out the same day, were very punctual, as well as being reasonable in price for what they do. They were courteous.

They come when they say they are going to and they do a good job in an efficient manner and they leave. The door works and I was very happy with the experience.

Called on Saturday morning, dispatcher called back with an appointment and called right before sending the technician. Appointment window was between 3 and 5 on Saturday (same day). Technician arrived at 3 sharp, did his work, was done, cleaned up, and gone within 20 minutes. Great job, and nice not to have to wait until Monday.

They also reconnected our cables, did a great job, and got everything done quickly. They were honest, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Folks I talked to on the phone were polite and responsive and set up a visit for the day after my initial call. On the day, Chris arrived right on time after the office called about 25 minutes before his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked efficiently and courteously to get it fixed in short order. The priced seemed reasonable to me and included an Angie's List discount.

Prompt response for work to be done. Pleasant repairman. Overall good experience.

They did a good job and are actually coming back to do an adjustment.

Everyone was very polite, the installer (Chris W.) was punctual and did a good job. He could not explain why the first opener didn't last longer, although he seemed to care about my frustration, and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Everyone I have ever spoken to on the phone has been very polite and helpful, for example when I would call complaining that the opener was acting up, and it was my kids knocking the sensors out of line. Based on Angie's list recommendations and the cordial, punctual employees and good service I would use this company again. Note- the install was done in 2005 so I am late submitting this report.

Price was $200 lower than competitor, they had a color in stock that matched our home, & they were able to complete the work sooner than competitor. Installers were quick, quiet, & efficient. Salesman & installer were on time. They cleaned up before leaving. We were very happy with the finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend based on our experience. They seemed much more customer friendly than other garage door installers we contacted.

This was a very easy company to work with. They directed us to appropriate door choices for our home, and did not insist on the most expensive door. They came quickly to perform the work, and later called to insure our satisfaction.

Tech arrived on time, forced panels back into place, & moved internal bracket to non-damaged spots. Garage door works just fine & dents in the panels are barely visible. Good job & saved us money.

1. Really pleased with cost and installation quality of pool house overhead door. No problems at all so far. I liked their garage door seal design so I had them make another service call... 2. Replaced bottom door seals on 2 garage doors, and serviced doors. Tech tightened one door's springs. After he left one spring broke within 4 hours. Company charged only materials for spring replacement because I said I told the original tech. to go ahead and replace them during service call, but he told me just to wait until they broke! Second tech. said springs are only good for approximately 10,000 cycles, if first tech had said that I would have been more adamant about changing the springs first visit. 3. Tech. on spring replacement was very friendly and informative.

They did a good job. I got a very good door. It looks good and works good. They hauled off the old door and did all of the things he was supposed to do. They were on time.

Gave us an estimate and then returned the next day with the needed part. Service was helpful and professional. Garage door opener is 8 years old, so they could have told us we needed a new one, but did not, which saved us money.

Repairman was very clean. Did the job quickly and thoroughly.

Basically the work was pretty good. The only problem is that about a week later the door started squeaking.

The spring on our garage door broke and the door wouldn't move, even when we attempted to lift it by hand. I called GDI and one of their first questions after my initial explanation was, ''is this an emergency?'' Specifically, they asked whether our car(s) were trapped in the garage, and offered to come up that afternoon if necessary. Our cars weren't in the garage, but I was impressed that they asked. I asked for information about repairs and a possible replacement. They gave me enough information to determine that the door could be repaired, and I never felt pressured to replace the door. The repair crew showed up on time and worked quickly, and the door now operates much more quietly than before the spring broke, which I credit to the general tune-up that did on the door at no additional charge.

They did a really good job in installing. We had one problem that they immediately came out and fixed. I would recommend them.

I had to call them back in two days because of defective replacement part. They were prompt and replaced part within two hours after I called. They were prompt and approached the job like they understood why they were called. Give them a call.

They came out three times. They credited all the service calls for a new keyless entry because the problems were due to an old keyless entry that they didn't install. They were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good experience. The technician was on time. He did the work quickly and efficiently, even did extra work on a couple of things he noticed needed adjustment or lubrication. I would use this company again.

In a situation where we assumed the problem was unrelated to prior work done, we were prepared to pay for a repair. The honesty of the company representative and the rapid repair at no charge was a wonderful experience.
