Garage Doors of Indianapolis

My door was not functioning properly and making loud screeching noises when operating. I called too late in the day but they came the next day at exactly the time they said they would. The work was done very quickly and completely.

I was satisfied with the work. I called in the morning and it was done by 12:30.

The receptionist gave me several possibilities as to why my garage door would not open and he listed the cost of repairs for each option. I called around 7:30am. The repairman was at my house by 10:30am. It took him only an hour to replace the spring. It was tricky work because my car was stuck in the garage which left him little room to maneuver. The repairman was friendly, professional, and even remembered working on our garage previously (before we owned the home).

When we made the appointment for Saturday, we were told that we would get a call Saturday morning to give us a 2-hour window, then they would give us 20 minutes notice that they were coming. The first call was actually the 20-minute notice. We were very pleased with that turn of events! The technician was friendly, professional, and informative; answered all our questions. We were disappointed that he couldn't repair the unit, but pleased that there was no charge for the service call.

Was very prompt in coming and replaced springs quickly and efficiently.

We had an unusual situation with the garage doors but they didn't have any trouble installing the new doors. The man who completed the install was very professional and did the job quickly.

Work performed within 5 days of initial request. Company called to confirm the day before. Installer came in the 2 hour window promised. Installation performed without problems.

The door was a little squeaky. It's a little better now after they came out.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THEY DID HAVE TO COME OUT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES TO COMPLETE THE WORK THAT I WANTED DONE CORRECTLY. I WAS ONLY CHARGED FOR THE FIRST VISIT. I WAS SATISFIED.

They did good job. They were very fast.

The estimator initially came out and sent us an estimate for replacement, which is not what we asked for, but he quickly turned around and provided an estimate for removal and re-attachment. We were told that the Topper would be stored at their facility, but instead it was left in our back garden. When arrangements were made for re-installation, they could not find the Topper at their facility and delayed installation by one day. When the installer came to the house, he could not find the Topper in the back garden. Upon re-installation, several of the sections were installed with screws that did not match the finish, so they had to be called back to do it correctly.

Nice, quick job, fast response time.

The salesman called me back and was unresponsive and said that the only way they would come out is if they replaced the whole door. I didn't want to do that because it was in the middle of winter and I didn't want to have the door taken off.

Everything went fine. They gave a free estimate over the phone and scheduled me for installation. I was told I would receive a call between 7:30-8:30 the morning of installation to give a me specific time. They called around 8:00, said someone would be there between 11:00-12:00. The representative arrived promptly at 11:00 and was finished well before noon. I don't think they could have made the process any easier, and I'm happy with the price. No complaints.

We met the salesman, John Swartz, at the Home Show and were pleased with the information he gave us and his approach. We checked the company on Angie's List and called a couple of months later when we were ready to order. He made an appointment convenient to us. He was on time and helped us meet our needs and wants. It did take 3 weeks to get the door in for installation, but he told us that up front and the office called us as soon as it was in and scheduled installation. They made it for a time convenient for me. Matt and an assistant were on time, pleasant and very easy to work with. When I asked for the addition of a slide lock, he said it would be no problem and installed it quickly at no extra charge. They even cleaned off the fingerprints on the door and trim when they were done. It looks great and was a great experience at a great price. We will be calling them for our rentals.

The service man arrived a bit later than promised but his work and willingness to answer any question posed and explain all operational questions that I had more than compensated for being an hour later than I expected. He adjusted the open and close settings on the opener, tightened all hinges and found two hinges that were showing some cracking at stress points so he replaced them. The door closes with less daylight visible than even when it was new. All hinges and rollers are lubricated and working great. When he finished, the technician figured my charges a couple of ways to be certain I got the best price available.

I had called this company several weeks earlier on an emergency basis to put my door back on its track. I was told that the tracks needed to be replaced, or it would likely come off the track again. He did not have the parts on the truck, but said someone would call me to set up an appointment; I did not hear back and so called to set up the appointment. When the person arrived to install the tracks, they were not the right ones; he said the person who came out to put the door back on the track didn't write down the correct information. He apologized and said he would come back the next day. He did this and even arranged to do the work without my needing to take off from work again and also did not charge for labor.

The work performed was fast with quality installation. The installer answered all of our questions, with answers we could understand. He made sure the door and opener worked, before he left. The company rep and the installer, were very courteous and prompt. We would definitely use this company again.

They give you no time frame of when they are going to come. I waited all day for them to come. The man said he had no idea what the problem was and he would go ahead an oil it. I called back the next day b/c it didn't fix the problem. They said they were going to send someone else do look at it. They sent the same guy. They finally send someone else the next day who figured out the problem and got it fixed. I ended up waiting 3 days to get a pulley fixed.

Excellent. The service person arrived promptly, not only repairing the obvious problems, but also adjusting the door and replacing worn rollers until the door opened and closed smoothly. All work was performed in only a couple of hours.

The quickest $117.00 I ever spent but they did the job. It took them about 20 minutes.

They did a fantastic job. The garage door is insulated and air tight. It was professionally installed with no mess. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

He was good at coming out after work to give the estimate. They only sent out one man to install the garage but they wanted me to do all the preparation work to move everything out of the way. It was freezing cold and I was sick so I didn't have them perform the work because they wanted me to do it right then at 6:00 at night, so they could do the work in the morning.

The gentleman who did the re-framing work was wonderful - went above and beyond. Pinned and bolted in places that had never been bolted up before - this thing is going to last forever. They even came in early for us because we were going out of the country. Their salesman left out that they could actually do the work - and it took me a little while to come back to them, but I am glad I did.

The estimator was an HOUR early. We were scheduled for 9-11am Friday the 30th. We were then called that morning and told 1pm. No sorry, no explanation, nothing. I took off work to be there in the morning. The scheduling person was unapologetic, had no explanation and offered no discount or means of making amends. We had specifically asked for a morning appointment, which is why we had to wait a week. Now we have to wait another week to get the installation. We won't be using them again.
