The job great. The installer arrived on time and promptly completed the install. upon completion of the work, the installer reviewed the operating details of the new openers and the features of the new doors.

I found a few scattered drill bits, but in all fairness, don't know If they resulted from Garage Doors' work. I later got one stuck in my tire & had it repaired.

Went very well. Cable on the other side was very worn, so he replaced it as well.

They reconnected the cable and adjusted and lubricated the spring. We thought that the issue was resolved but we had some continuing issues with the door shutting about 30 days later. They came and did some additional adjustments at no cost. It was covered under the 90 day warranty. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no additional cost and the issue is totally resolved now.

The garage door came off the tracks, and when it did the cable came off the track too.

I contacted Garage Doors of Indianapolis to fix an 11 year old Chamberlain garage door opener. I fully expected to be told that it needed to be replaced. Jeff, the repair technician, thoroughly examined the opener and repaired a broken wire. He told me that Chamberlains often last more than 11 years. I asked him to take a look at both garage doors. He pointed out a spring that needed replacement and a garage door track railing that needed to be re-secured to the door frame. He returned the next day and took care of both items without any additional service call charge. I've used Garage Doors of Indianapolis for many years. They have never charged the lowest, but they have charged fairly. More importantly, the work has been done promptly and well. The service technicians have always been courteous and helpful.

Initial installation went well. Technician came out over the weekend and was able to install a new opener in about 1 hour. Fast forward about three months, after a thunderstorm the new opener won't work. We call for service, technician tells us the circuit board in the opener is fried because of the weather and not covered by warranty. Compare this to the other, older, opener in the garage that is working perfectly after resetting the ground fault. Ended up paying nearly as much for the repair as I did for the new opener.

He wanted to sell me a steel door and I didn't want to buy it.

First garage door was one that they previously installed. It was several years ago. They changed the upper panel and did not charge anything. Second door had a broken mechanism and they fixed it without event. It was a great job.

The installer, Jerry, arrived on time. He removed old doors and associated hardware. He then installed the new hardware and doors, adjusted the existing garage door openers (we used the existing openers), and cleaned up debris that came from the replacement. Prior to the actual installation, Garage Doors of Indianapolis instructed us (the customer) to provide a clear space of about 8' back from the door opening to provide working space for the installation. . Until I observed the actual installation, it was hard to visualize the need for this space, but having it was necessary .
