Obviously the overall experience was a little frightening at the start but ended with me being Blessed with a new friend!

They put in two new garage doors on the whole. They took down the wooden doors and put up vinyl or whatever they are made up now. The interaction was very positive. They came out in a timely manner. They did the work that they estimated that they would do without any added expenses or problem. The price was good.

Garage Doors of Indianapolis replaced our garage door at our home. They did a good job replacing our garage door. They set up an appointment time that worked well for us and showed up on time. We are pleased with the work this professional company has provided and will use them again in the future should needs arise.

His prices were pretty decent. He came out here to confirm the estimate. The estimate was still in the same neighborhood. Overall, they seem like a legitimate and professional company.

They have been very professional for us. They are the company that have been taking care of the garage doors on our home since we have lived here, so we felt quite confident hiring them to put in new garage door for us. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Service call for garage door - door would only raise approximately one foot. Door would not manually lock in upright position to allow door to stay up - could not get car out of garage. Company provided same day service within time frame quoted. Technician was polite and professional and able to repair. Recommended replacement of garage door opener due to age. Allowed credit of one-half cost of service call for repair to apply to replacement. Scheduled replacement. New opener installed. Called for adjustment in settings under warranty. Work was promptly scheduled, resolved problem. Everyone at the company that I spoke with either in person or by phone was customer friendly, professional, prompt and competent.

On arrival home about 7 pm and closing gararge door, the spring snapped. Called Garage Doors Indianapolis and within 20 minutes had a call back confirming a service tech could come out between10 and midnight. By 9:15 had a call and promised to be there by 10:15. Arrived on time and by 11:00 had repaired door and left. OUTSTANDING service and very reasonable after hours total service cost.

They were excellent. I think he was very honest with me. He did not try to sell me more than what I bought. I have a very old garage door which had no need to be replaced but there was no pressure to replace it. I appreciated that. He did not use the coupon as a way of selling more service. He came out a couple of weeks ago even though I bought it a long time ago. That was because I was not in town and he was not free and stuff like that. I will use him in the future to replace the garage door. I was really pleased with him.

Serviceman knew what the problem was and had the part with him. Fixed problem, and lubricated all moving parts. Very pleased with all that was done.

Our on call technician called them to come to repair a common garage door on a parking garage of a condominium community that we manage. They were there within an hour and had everything under control. The Board President was so happy that he asked them for a quote to replace all of their garage doors/openers for their common parking garages. We and the community were extremely satisfied with the service that we received!

I called them when my garage door opener failed, the came out that day and determined that the motor was defective. They scheduled the replacement for the next day. Everything went very well. The technician was very prompt and professional. I have used Garage doors of Indianapolis for many years and continue to be very satisfied with their service.

Installation tech (Chuck) showed up right on time and greeted me when he arrived. Chuck was friendly and wearing clean Garage Door of Indianapolis uniform. He got right to work disassembling the old door and track system. He replaced the entire old track system and then began putting together the new garage door. Once Chuck had the door and opener installed he made adjustments to make sure the door was working properly. He showed me several features on the door and opener and walked me how to work everything. He completed the whole job in roughly 4 hours. He provided me with all the manuals and warranty information. He proceeded to clean up after himself and hauled the old garage door system off.

I visited the Garage Doors of Indianapolis showroom at the Greenwood Park Mall to get information and prices regarding a new garage door and opener. I was greeted by Debbie who asked me what kind of door and opener I was looking for. She was very friendly and provided me with a lot of great information regarding each door they sold. She provided me with literature I could take home with me to compare options and pricing. She gave me her business card and told me if I placed an order before 10-15-11, she would take an additional $125 off the final price. I went home to review all my options. I contacted her the next day to place an order for a new door and opener. She told me she needed to schedule a representative to come out and do a few measurements before she could place the order. She was able to have someone come out that afternoon. After she spoke with the representative she placed the order and said she would contact me in the near future to set up an installation appointment. About a week later Debbie contacted me and scheduled the appoinment for 10-21-11. I thanked her for all her assistance and told her I would call her if I had any further questions.

The quality of the work was good. My overall experience was excellent.

At 4 p.m. Monday I went to open my garage door; it made a horrible grinding noise and a piece fell off of it. It would not open. I called the company I had called last (Overhead Doors), but no one could be sent out until Tuesday afternoon. I had a doctor's appointment Tuesday mornng, so that would not help me. I decided to call Garage Doors of Indianapolis because they advertise same-day service. Sure enough, they were able to send someone at 7 p.m. The technician was prompt, polite, efficient, quick--perfect, in other words. The entire repair took only about 15 minutes. If he had told me my 40-year-old garage door opener needed replacing, I would have believed him, but he did not. He fixed only what was necessary and said the the opener was still in good shape. I was delighted with the service from the beginning to the end.

The technician arrived a few minutes early and got the job done in about an hour as estimated. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. The garage floor was actually cleaner after he left. He also explained the whole process to me. He did an excellent job of tuning up the garage door and it no longer makes the terrible noise that it did before. It was a perfect experience.

I called them just after 8 AM when they opened they said they would get someone out there but I told them that they would have to come after noon when my wife would be home. They said they would have someone call me when they figured out when they could get out there. I got a call mid-morning and they said they could have someone out between 1 and 5. They ended up not actually getting to the house until around 5:30/6, which was only slightly inconvenient just due to the fact that it was out of the time frame they gave me and around our dinner time. But, they did call me about 4:30 and tell me they were running behind and then the technician called me when he was on his way. The technician was very polite and made quick work of the task at hand. He tightened a few things and lubed everything up and also mentioned that at some point we might need to get our chain replaced, but that shouldn't happen for a while. I was greatly impressed with their customer service and keeping me posted throughout the day on their status. Overall I will def use them again if I ever have any other problems or need a new door in the future.

They were great. They showed up to inspect the current opener the same day I called (a Monday.) When I told them I needed the replacement by Wednesday, they managed to get the job done on Tuesday.
