Called at 4:30 and had a technician out by 5:30. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Was knowledgeable and offered suggestions to prevent issues in the future. Great experience using this company from initial call to technician arriving. Called several companies and they were the most professional and flexible.

They were able to come out within the week of me purchasing the deal. They were very timely and friendly. They came out to perform the service and I was very happy with it.

I wish I knew all that he did. He was in and out of my garage in minutes, and didn't offer much detail about what he did for me. I haven't had any problems since the service, so I guess it worked???

It went really smooth. I visited the showroom and talked with a sales consultant. She showed me some physical samples as well as some features available online and in catalogs. We chose the product and she scheduled a person to come measure our entry way. They were able to come the next day and ordered the product that day as well. It took two weeks to arrive in their shop and they scheduled an installation with us that week. Installation took about 4 hours. The house got a little cold as it was freezing outside, but they worked really fast. They handled removal and disposing of our old door and fixed some framing issues at the same time. All said and done, we were really pleased.

Work was performed quickly and efficiently on an older garage door opener. We used this company because of prior good service.

I called in early December to get an estimate to have 2 new garage doors and motors installed on my two car detached garage. When the estimator came out he discussed the special that was available included a garage door, motor and opener. I also wanted to add a key detach since I don't have a side door or other entrance to the garage should there be a power outage. Since my garage was older it needed shorter tracks were a little bit extra per door (about $100 each). I was told to expect a call the following Monday to schedule the install date as they should know after the order was placed. No one called me so I called on Wednesday. The installation was scheduled just before years. The installation tech was very friendly and worked very hard. He started at about 11am worked until about 8:30pm in the dark which wasn't expected. There were challenges getting the old doors since the garage was an old construction and just a difficult installation for the new doors. I don't think he took a break the entire day and kept a smile on his face the entire time even after the battery to his truck died. The next day I noticed some metal showing from where the weather stripping didn't line up (it was dark so I can't blame this being missed). I called to see if I could get someone out to fix it and decided to have a key detach on the other door as well. Since I work during the week, I requested Saturday service. Everything after the install went downhill. It took 3-4 scheduled appointment where techs were sent without the weatherstripping, key detach or equipment to complete the work. Time windows for tech arrivals were not met and just overall a disappointing experience. 6 weeks later, I can say it finally done. It took a great deal of calling and sitting at home waiting on my part which is very frustrating. Every time I spoke to someone I received and apology and they said this wasn't normal service. Overall, their reviews were positive on Angie's List and I have heard good things. Maybe my experience was a one-off. If I ever need service I may consider giving them a second change but I'm not sure.

Well, my garage door stopped opening. I went on Angie's list and bought the voucher for inspect and tune-up. Then I called the company and informed them that I only need inspection. They were able to send someone in the same day who informed us what part needed to be replaced. But gave the price of the part $125 and total cost of replacing $237. I decided to not go forward for more research. Well, I found the part for $25 on Amazon, but it has taken us about a week to replace it as we have never worked with garage doors before.

In the last year we have had the door spring and shaft replaced. Since then, they have returned three times to adjust the door so it would close properly. The last time was about ten days ago. It now needs to be adjusted again. Total cost for all of the above was probably $400 - $500. Mike Shriner

It was something to do with the sensors as the garage door was not coming down. He told us what to do next time and how to maintain it. The sensors are very sensitive. He didn’t even charge me. Our experience with them is always great because they come right away and don’t make us wait and come the same day. They also give a window, so it’s great. They go above and beyond to help us if we had a very bad issue. We brought our garage door from them also brought our two front entry door and the back from them.

He explained that a small plastic gear had disintegrated. There was another larger gear that looked okay but was 13 years old. His recommendation was to replace both gears, which I approved. The work was done in 15 minutes. He even asked for a light bulb to change out with my old one. Both men arrived within the 4 hour window I was originally told and they called again when on their way to my house. They checked out the rest of the garage door parts including the spring to make sure they were in good condition. They were neat, professional, and very personable. They did the repair the same day my garage opener broke.

I called Garage Doors of Indianapolis after discovering a broken spring at 2PM on the day after an 8+ inch snowfall. Despite the road conditions and extreme cold, a repairman (Tom) arrived around two hours later. He replaced both springs despite the cold temperature. I was grateful for professional service and quick response.

I used the garage door tune up special. It saved $35.00 for a service call.. My garage door needed adjustment it was not closing properly. I was contacted within 48 hours by the company. They said they could have a tech out that day. I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly they came out. Tom was excellent. He knew my system and showed me how to adjust it and maintain it.

The gentleman came out the same day I called. He was given the wrong information from the office, but he had the part that I needed on his truck. He was very efficient and pleasant. He explained what had happened, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. He accepted an old coupon that I wasn't sure was still good, I felt comfortable having him in my home. This all happened on a very cold and snowy day. I called in the morning and they added me to his already busy schedule and he still remained very pleasant while he was here. I will use this company again

After one of our single garage door opener motors started smoking, then quit, we decided to have both replaced. They scheduled us for nearly a week later. Since lifting the heavy garage door manually was difficult, we called another company which came out within 24 hours. We had heard many commercials about "Call us today for service today" and were disappointed that the earliest they could work us in would be nearly a week later! We decided to go with another more highly rated company that worked us in within 24 hours.
