Called with 10 am to 1 pm service window but did not arrive until 2 pm. Did not apologize or mention they were late. Offered next day Saturday service with no OT. Offered replacement and repair estimates (competitive prices). Surgery restricted me from behind the wheel and he moved my car in and out of the garage. Overall excellent professional service when you ignor he missed there appointment window.

Excellent professional service. The cost was right on the estimate given over the phone and my service person Doug was pleasant, answered all my questions and was obviously very skilled. I would never consider calling another garage door company in the future.

For garage doors, we have always used Garage Doors of Indianapolis. That is who we use or we have used in the past and haven't had to use them recently. Everything was fine and timely. It was good work, no issues and a reasonable price. I would grade them 'A's across the board.

The work was cheaper but well done compared to what we wanted. I was impressed.

The service was quick and professional, and the garage door works perfectly now. Scheduling was easy through the online form on the company's website -- actually a little too easy. I was able to select that I wanted the service to be done the following day, and I thought I'd get a call back to confirm. When I didn't hear anything, I called the following morning and learned that they had me on the schedule for that very morning. (Maybe they only call you if they can't come on the day you requested?) Anyway, very pleased with the prompt service.

Replaced a detached cable on one garage door, lubricated and adjusted all 4, and provided tips on their operation.

The serviceman was very polite and professional. Hew explained the problems and gave me pricing on the needed repairs before he did anything. He finished the work quickly. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

They came out three months and six days ago. Replaced the springs. We also showed them where the bracket that attaches the pulling mechanism to the door was pulling away from the door. They said that wasn't a problem at all, but tightened the screws. Fast forward just over 90 days later, and the screws that attach the bracket have ripped out of the door. I called, and they said they would have to charge another $100 service fee. I explained the issue and how close we were to the 90 days. They didn't make it right. I'm going with a different provider this time.

I purchased the doors and openers at the 2014 home and garden show in March. I had the doors and openers installed in July/August 2014. The installed damaged two of the panels during installation and wasn't going to say anything until we called him out. We witnessed him drop the panels and he denied causing the damage.. He then agreed he damaged the two panels. The new panels took about 3 weeks to arrive. They came out and installed. We experienced mechanical problems with one of the openers about 6 weeks out from install. They came out same day to service. That was great! Took about 15 minutes. I now have another opener that is not working properly. The opener is working fine by the belt (its a belt drive) is becoming twisted and making the noise. I called for them to come out but told it will be $99 service fee. It is clearly a labor/install problem and after four months I have to pay $99 to have it looked at. Very unfortunate. I would never recommend them to anyone else unless they just want to take the risk. Sales and service people were great but install folks were terrible.

They were good. The company prides itself with customer service and they back that up because there were some issues with termite damage and they worked around that. They kind of went above and beyond, and helped me out with that. The installers were really good to work with. Their professionalism and clean up were good. The situation with the garage door was two guys took down the old door. We realized they were not able to complete the job because termite damage had created a situation where there was nothing to anchor the brackets on. They helped to board the garage opening up and when the termite damage repair was completed they came back out and installed the door without any additional cost. This is the first install of ours they’ve done and they really came through with the customer service.

They fixed the chain that brings the door up. My experience was very good and there was no problem. What stands out was the quick service and the responsiveness to our needs.

The salesman I talked to about my project was rude, and acted like I was taking up his time. He had no product knowledge, no interest in telling me any of the details, and no interest in trying to help me with my issues. The only reason I would go back is for specialty garage door parts.

I called and explained I had a cable hanging from the door and the door would not stay closed. The office told me it would be covered under warranty, as they had installed the door 8 months ago. After 5 minutes of work spraying the door and clipping a cable back in place, I was charged $99. I was never told the charge was not under warranty and the technician was argumentative about the work that was done. I feel this was a complete ripoff. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated and they stand behind their work.

I was satisfied and they did a good job. It's been working ever since.

On time - knowledgeable -done right in minimum time

Came on time, replace lost bolts, checked screw, tighten bolts and oiled runner. Door now operates like when it was new and is very quiet when opening or closing.

He showed up very quickly after I called and he did more than I expected in making sure the new garage door opener worked properly.

They were great! The caller taker was pleasant. The repair person, Jeff, was very good. He was punctual and professional. He answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again.

I spoke to a woman who set up the appointment then I spoke to a man name Austin who advised me of the workers Nathan and Robert who would be coming to do the work. They arrived late by a minimum of 30-45 mins. I mainly spoke with Robert who did all of the work. I felt uncomfortable with him around. I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. He seemed very negative while he was there. He was only there for 15 minutes. He wrote that he fixed one opener, with remote.The light box that he fixed fell down after he had left . He wasn't very willing to guideme with anything on what I should do. If I asked him anything he seemed hesitant to answer. I felt nervous having him in my house. He didn't want to sign my my receipt, he just scribbled his initials which made me concern.

It went well. He was punctual and came and looked at my garage door. He told me some things he would recommend to get fixed, but didn’t need to have them fixed them right away.

Very well.. He arrived and jumped right in to completing the job task.. Hugh about 20 sheets of 4X10X 5/8 sheets of drywall and mudded the seems. Great to work with...

They are great. They are really good.

Everything was A on that also, they were very professional and they took care so everything was perfect.

Great service completed in one day, everything as estimated.
